Worst company I have ever dealt with….

Possibly one of the worst companies I have dealt with for many years.
I have requested for many months now that work is completed in the grounds that they are responsible. Nothing has been completed. Emails are totally ignored - work that is completed to a very poor standard, again no discussion we are now stuck with amateur repairs to grounds.
However they are very keen on mailing to ensure you pay on time, eventually threatening with legal action, despite having completed the bare minimum of work.
I have requested from them many times emails of managers and details of their own escalation process in order to complain - all met with complete silence. Avoid them at all cost if you want happy residents.
Brilliant ! - just a seen they had 30+ 5 star reviews in 2 days in Jan 22 / I guess they must be genuine :-))

Company has been chosen to manage a block of flats in Bristol. Sales pitch is very good and so was the communication at first. Problems started after signing the contract. Property manager assigned to the building was either inundated with work, inexperienced or not interested as communicaton with him has been non existent at first and difficult as time went by. Administrative part of the business is really difficult to work with as well, company also suffers from lack of internal communication. There were issues with invoices, service charges, accounting and etc. It caused more harm than good. I wouldn’t recommend.
