Maintenance Issues Sorted Properly We had ongoing drainage problems that never seemed to get fully resolved before. Since BMUK took over, they investigated it properly instead of patching it up. It’s been sorted for months now with no repeat issues thank you Danny and Team for sorting this out.

Do not entertain this company they have the maintenance on our complex and we haven’t had a lift now for 1 year 5 months and the general maintenance is nearly none existent, over the last week we have had no hot water on 3 occasions you have been warned !!!!

Please don't give this company your money. They are unprofessional and cant even care less about the blocks entrusted to their care
