BNB success I cam across via Jordan's Instagram adverts. Umut has been my mentor from the start. What can I say about him he has been through ups and downs with me from the start. Sourcing first property is not easy and umut kept me pushing through my journey. He listens and gives advise and sticks along with you as a real mentor. He will listen the frustrations and struggles and help by going out of is way. The business Ethics and the community is real strong.

Joining the program was the best decision I have made! I was able to get my first two properties with the help of my mentor Terence. The program was very practical and covers every single detail that you need in order to be an effective operator. You never feel alone, because not only do you have your mentor by your side but you also get to share your experiences with other students taking the course, which continues to be valuable even after 'graduating' the course.

Great communication, detailed answers to questions

This is a company that really knows the ins and outs of how to run a successful short term rental business. And I don't mean to say that lightly. They don't just help you secure one or two properties. They set you up with automation solutions so you can reproduce your results across a whole portfolio. There are step by step modules that show you exactly what to do at each step of the process. I found these extremely useful as I did not have the mental burden to wonder if I made a mistake or not. The mentors have already been through the biggest hurdles of starting from scratch. You get 100% real answers on how they overcame mistakes they previously made. The whole experience is optimised to produce results. My biggest worries from the start were occupancy rates and bleeding money with rent costs. Since starting, I have around 75% occupancy rate. My mentor is Umut and he is there every step of the way and any question I had; he goes above and beyond to give me concise solutions. No vague answers. No beating around the bush.
