Bobtail Opiniões

THANK YOU so much helping get this together. Thanks

5 STAR: Customer Service, if I could rate in higher I would!!!!

Bobtail is an awesome Factoring company... The people that work there are so kind hearted. I'm very particular about who I deal with. I MUST say that I love them. I prayed for God to send good people to help & guide us with our Business. My Heavenly Father did just that!!! I have (not) came across a bad apple. I won't add the yet word, because I don't believe they have any bad apples... Please do yourself a favor & work with Bobtail. They do have other useful programs other then factoring. Check them out!!!! Be Blessed & Stay Safe!!! PEACE

Debbie your outstanding we are still going through a battle but I know your services will prove us to be correct. Debbie paid attention to detail, was honest and truthful a great Stewart of Finance.

Thanks Company Owner.

I called this company several times no one called me nor responded to me. I am extremely disappointed being treated in this nature. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this company.

very helpful and pay are vey fast no matter the time

Being a new business owner and a one man operation can be challenging most times. Bobtail Factoring really eases the majority of burdens by making sure you have your funds when you need them most, immediately! In a recent situation Anny with Bobtail served my company as a top tier liaison. She went to bat for me and scored a BIG WIN! Thank you Anny and thank you Bobtail! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been with them
Since day one! And gave them
Few costumers! Thanks, u cynthia and Donovan for y’all outstanding performance and help 🙏

We have worked with Bobtail for 3 or more years. They go up and beyond to help their clients. The specific I am talking about is this. It was the day before Christmas Eve, in which they were not open on Christmas Eve. I submitted invoices and it was to late to send a wire. I called expressing how important it was to get the invoices paid. Cynthia helped us by calling the broker to verify the loads, and worked until the funds could be put in the account through an ACH deposit the following morning. I cannot express the gratitude I have to Cynthia, and all of the Bobtail workers, as they all help whenever they can. We have recommended Bobtail to anyone who asks us about a factoring company

Eric here at TNE logistics LLC based on in Austin Texas. Bobtail has saved my business. I was pending over 3k worth of paid invoices and up to my eyes in broker emails after jobs were finished about net 30s. Being a small business you know ever penny counts and they saved my life by giving us the opportunity to factor when other wouldn’t. I will def. be continuing our relationship thus forward. Thanks team for helping shape the American dream!

Well I have been with Bobtail for a week now and am having to fight for getting paid. They get it Friday and I get it Monday. It is stated that if you get the invoices in by 11 am eastern time paid by 5 pm. Well it was in by 10:54 but bobtail recorded as 11:23. I will give them the benefit of doubt and 3 more
weeks to see if they can do better.
Well I was wrong now after working with Bobtail for 3 months. I will only work with them because they do their best to get you paid quickly and honestly. Thankyou for your honesty

They always answer the phone! The staff is very helpful and cordial. The three thing I love are - payments are on time, website is easy to use, and great customer service!

I've worked with other companies, but Bobtail has easily been the best for me. They’re great at factoring trucking invoices, provide amazing customer service at fair rates - wouldn’t leave them for anyone. I never have to wait on hold to get the help needed. I highly recommend Bobtail to all the new carriers in the business

I was referred by a friend about Bobtail and how their factoring service is really efficient than others. It’s definitely a great company that put the best foot forward whenever there’s an issue to resolve. I highly recommend that others should consider them for their reliable services, you won’t be dissatisfied!

First time using a factoring company and it's been a good experience. Every time I've had a problem, it's been resolved quickly and the same day.

We have been using Bobtail as our factoring company for almost 2yrs and I can honestly say I really appreciate their level of professionalism and I also get an immediate response to my questions and concerns but most important our funds are processed next day.
