Bobtail Opiniões

Es una factoría muy recomendada, te ayudan súper rápido cuando tienes algún problema con la carga, a mi siempre me atienden Wendy G o Andrés Z y son mi amables. Se las recomiendo 100 %.

I want to thank all team members at Bobtail for helping me start my hotshot business. Representative: Joseph Milan gave us great professional advice on how to start working and factoring through the Bobtail App. I also use the fuel card which is very useful.

Bobtail is prompt & great at answering questions. They follow up with calls & emails if needed. The process is seamless & easy. It's great not having to wait 30 days.
Thank you

☆☆☆☆☆ muy buen servicio 👍 gx Wendy

Told us that they wouldn't factor carrier on a load for us because we don't meet the criteria. Then wouldn't explain what the criteria was...

Edit- company called me and explained. Apparently I just needed to ask for a manager. It has now been approved.

The service is excellent, Elmer Valladares is the person that help me

I really love how Bobtail agents carry themselves. They showed patients helping me get set up. They have the best customer service especially Ms Coralia Mejia. She represents the company very well. She really is a super support to me and my company.

We used Bobtail in 2019 (Debby and Gurvir were amazing) so this year when we ventured back into trucking, I did not hesitate contacting them again to get my factoring set back up.
My new Rep >>Jay Vasquez<< always responds quickly when needed and has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable -- Thank you JAY!

Just was on the phone with Rep.Noah with Bobtail. Discussed bad rap with other factoring company. He was very helpful, polite, patient and knowledigeable in the information about and what I need to do to get away from the other factoring company. Definitely looking forward to working with them.
