Hi Lol,

This is Sean from Bodhi Vintage

I’m terribly sorry that your shopping experience felt like a negative take away with your purchase from Bodhi.

We haven’t actually heard anything from you regarding this issue, typically if it does rarely occur, a customer will want us to resolve the issue with the product. & we’re always motivated to do so.

We provide a thorough communication with our customers & we really value the communication back from our customers.

Described simply, since you have never contacted us no matter how much I really want to help you & any other customer with a potential query it is impossible to solve this issue for you before you notify us. If you do not contact we do not have an opportunity to offer you that winning sensation when shopping with us. We want this for everyone.

We’re a business of two people & after the pandemic it really helps small business’ if you give them an opportunity to put right if something may have gone unexpectedly.

I have just sent an email corresponding with the reference number attached to your review to get in touch & resole this for you.

We can refund you for the fleece & provide a 30% discount on your next order - If you can send me the photos of the stains for our records, we take any mishaps very seriously on our endeavour for continual improvement - Then I will generate a personalised 30% discount code & refund the cost of the fleece.

We hold ourselves to very high standards. We’re always prepared to ensure the customer feels like they’re on a win when they shop with us - & that certainly doesn’t stop if on the rare occasion something unexpected happens with the item you ordered.

We’re typically very hot on including any discrepancies in the description of each product item - You can read through previous reviews where this might have happened & we’ve resolved the situation with a very happy customer & a reported 5 star service here on trust pilot. This is because they have contacted us directly regarding the issue.

Looking at the listing of order #2789 from your reference number in this review - I can see your fleece, & view that some stains have been visually noted with photographs & written in the description. It is very important for us as a business to describe any marks on our products but I also stress that it is the customers responsibility to take note of these things as well, we must share the agency to show any issues & for them to be recognised.

Have a lovely weekend & speak soon - I sincerely hope we can resolve this for you.

Thanks,

Sean
