No accountability for mistakes
Bodile doesn't take accountability for defects. I had to incur postage to send back a defective leotard, and couldn't even get a cash refund, because Bodile docks 10% of the item's price. It's disappointing enough getting a defective item without having to pay for Bodile's mistake.

Zeer goede service en eerlijke ondernemers
Ik had iets aangekocht mooi maar voor mij veel te groot en te wijd ik ben heel fijn.ik heb het dezelfde dag teruggestuurd zodat de mensen het terug vlug konden in verkoop zetten.

Too difficult to work with.
The leotards are beautiful however you can’t exchange them and because it is international it costs way to much to ship them back. It is unfortunate that for the price of the leotards they don’t work with you. The cheapest way to send them back was an additional $45 and it isn’t even a regular exchange. I just wanted an even exchange for a different size and they don’t work with you to make it happen. Almost $200 in leotards and no costumer service.

A beautiful skirt which my 15 yo daughter adores. She picked it out and it was true to size per their guidelines. Recommended.

Saskia Leotard & Julieta Rehearsal Skirt
The material of both of these products is so lush; smooth like butter! I did have an issue with my leotard- one of the sleeves wasn't stitched correctly and I will need to have it repaired, but I contacted Bodile and they gave me a gift card to use towards another purchase! Excellent customer service, and beautiful products. Would definitely recommend them to all of my ballet buddies!
