I have tried on several occasions to request a return. Unfortunately the company has completely ignored my emails and there is no telephone number to phone on.

Very disappointed, ordered Footlogix very dry feet formula 300ml, received cracked heel 125ml. Sent several emails to company, advising of mistake, but no response. This was my first order with this company and my last.

Item not arrived and you’ve ignored my emails

This company is very efficient BUT on 2 occasions my wax pots had opened during delivery which meant all 6 pots were covered in wax and unusable. The pots ordered from other companies sellotape down each lid. I tried to contact bodycare 360 various different ways but never had any response. Such a shame as I am a very loyal customer as the price is also fair.

Item purchased was available on web site, when it was actually sold out.
Also Bodycare360 have no idea when new stock arriving.

Well very disappointed package was delivered to the wrong house but had my name and address on it and nobody has returned to me been through all the right channels but to no avail

Did not have the hair dye did not tell me was waiting for goods they said been dispatched but never had them in stock and still waiting for refund
