Have emailed you that it arrived with broken pump nozzle but so can't use it ,but had no reply

"Celebration activator" sunbed lotion in March 2024 only to find that it's nearly a year out of
date! .. use by date 05/23 ... no response from them so had to open a PayPal
case .. they’re suggesting the date on the seal is a manufacturer date which is laughable as it clearly states on the bottle “best before use date and batch number on seal” … the numbers were 101 05/23 … so clearly batch number and best before date which as I say was 10 months out of date! .. I submitted photos of the date and the writing proving it was a use by date but they refuse to pay return postage even though they are at fault basically expecting the customer to be out of pocket for their failings ….Beware as they trade under different names … “bodycare360” .. “absolutebodycare” … “body care” … and they also sell through other sites such as “onbuy.com” …. PayPal have told me they are investigating this company and it’s many alias’s as they have had so many complaints

My order of hive wax refills was delivered in good time . Very good prices, no hassle and I would definitely use body care again!

I'm still waiting for my parcel. I've sent 3 emails and I've not had a reply! I ordered on 28th March and today its 7th April.

Do not buy from here my bottle of lotion was all burst and half empty wen it came due to poor packaging there customer service is a complete joke wanted pictures wen I had already threw the packaging in the wheels bin as it was dripping every where complete joke

Unfortunately the item ordered was out of stock, so maybe the website was out of date?
However the refund was actioned promptly

Haven't used this company before it was was very quick on delivery which was brilliant and also it was cheaper with you compared to what it costs at home I was very delighted about that I would definitely use you again in the future.

Honestly, I am not happy, I received a cream that I did not buy, yes, it is the same brand, but I bought the coconut one, which is the one they have on the website and they sent me a fruit one, on top of that I had to pay 8, €50 for customs, between the cream, shipping costs and customs, I have paid €30.50 for a cream that I did not buy, and if I bought it there it is because I specifically wanted the coconut one and I couldn't find it, the same cream that I received I could have bought in Spain without so much expense.
I wouldn't have minded paying customs if I had received the cream I bought, which was the one I wanted, I don't even like the smell of this one.
