Michelle made my experience great! I am a subscriber of the perfect amino tablets but wanted to try the unflavored powder. I could NOT get through the bitterness. Her response was fast and very quick. It is so appreciated in these times of not being able to get quick responses from companies today. Thanks. You make a great product!

I ordered the gut restore and it was…
I ordered the gut restore and it was awful. I immediately sent an email stating do not send another one and I cancelled my subscription . They sent an email back saying no worries and they would stop the subscription. Months went by no issues. All of the sudden, they took the money out and said it will be processed. I sent another email saying do NOT take the money and someone said that they will cancelling the order. 3 weeks later the money is gone and an email it is on its way. Again, I want another email demanding they stop and then I get a reply wanting to know why. I told them months ago that it was horrid to drink. This company is overseas and hard to deal with. They don’t understand a word that you say. I will NEVER get involved with Body Health again!

Excellent Customer Service
Bekah was amazing assisting me with a return. I was not fond of the taste, even when I tried it in different beverages. She ended up sending me the pill form at no extra charge. Excellent customer service.

Body Health made it extremely difficult…
Body Health made it extremely difficult to cancel. I sent a message on their website to contact us with my subscription saying I wished to stop 2 weeks before next product. They asked me if I confirm I no longer wanted it. I did and thought that was the end of it. But then they still sent it. It seems like they are trying to trick you into getting another product before you realize it didn’t go through. When I talked to them on the phone finally, they cancelled it in seconds. It sounded like they knew their process was shady and were used to people being upset and didn’t care. SCAM!
