I absolutely loved this service. It was incredibly quick and easy to get my results. I utilized the 'home sample' option they had and the service provider came right to my house to draw my blood. I couldn't believe that was an option. I live in a busy city and so not having to leave my house to battle traffic and parking was incredibly meaningful. My results arrived right on time, and they offer so many helpful additional services. I will definitely be using them again and again. Highly recommend!

Honestly probably the worst customer service I've seen outside of Verizon or Xfinity. They charged me $400 for the lab test and I booked the appointment so they proceeded to send me the emails that are supposed to have the lab orders. They sent me multiple emails that claimed to have the lab orders in them but there were no attachments.

I texted them, emailed them, and talked to their "AI concierge" on their website. The only response I got was from the AI telling me that there obviously was an issue and that there were no lab orders on my account even though I had just paid $400. It suggested I tried to make another appointment so I canceled my appointment and tried to make another appointment, having still been charged. Now the system let me choose an appointment time but now the system wouldn't let me book it.

So again I tried to reach out to customer service and I could only talk to AI. Literally, finally, eight hours later, after I had been dealing with this all day, a real person finally reaches out to me and says, "Hey your lab orders are in your email and on your account," with absolutely no idea that I had been telling them all day that the emails don't have lab orders attached to them and neither did my account. Absolutely no communication with the AI and just ignored the multiple emails and responses that I had been dealing with through AI all day. It is an all AI company so if anything goes wrong you don't get to talk to anyone; it's just a computer. When they finally do reach out to you, hours and hours or even days later, the real person hasn't even checked in with the AI so you are right back to square one. The real person literally had no idea that I had been talking to AI and that the emails didn't have attachments and that my account didn't have the lab orders even though I was charged the $400. It was just like everything I had done all day was for nothing.
The issue here is the terrible communication and the response just now, acting like my main issue was the fact that the lab order wasn't attached. That is actually the real problem. The infuriating part of the experience was how nobody contacted me after AI sends text messages saying "text back for help" and after all the emails I sent and after conversing with AI. Then having someone reach out eight hours later and ignoring everything that I had done trying to get assistance the entire day. So full transparency, you're still not getting it at all. When the lab order wasn't attached, had anyone responded and communicated anything to me the lab order not being attached wouldn't have been an issue at all. Your communication was awful and your response is continuing that.

I have loved Superpower so far. The biomarker testing is comprehensive. We have several Quest Diagnostics labs nearby, so it was easy to schedule lab work. My results showed up 5 days later. I haven't really used the AI concierge support yet, so I don't know how useful it is. The test results were easy to understand, and the action plan has been helpful. It's a good resource if you just want to make sure everything with your health is ok, or if you think you have some health concerns and are ready to make changes.

You can get a more comprehensive panel with Function Health. You can actually get this from Superpower.com, but you have to pay for the advanced panel. That is NOT the $199 panel. May as well throw your money away. Yes, the basic panel will show things you might not know, but I need more than what is in the basic panel. Their website is deceitful, you THINK you are getting lots of tests, but you really aren't. I am trying to get my money back, we'll see how that goes!

Careful!!!!! They test for less markers than advertised ! Most people will miss it because most dont understand bloodwork. Important tests that say they are supposed to test for, are NOT included. Now the excuss is, I HAVE TO PURCHASE MORE to get what they say was included. SO DISAPPOINTED! Customer Service is next to non existent too. Takes days for them to answer simple questions. No phone number to contact. All around bad experience. Could of had my Dr. get the same labs and had insurance paid for. They were supposed to be the biomarkers that go further. But, you have to buy more to get it. DEFINITELY NOT MENTIONED! Tried to contact numerous times after their initial response and "crickets!"

EDIT: It took you less than a hour to respond to a review on trustpilot but can't respond to legitimate concerns for days! Then, you ghost ! Absolutely pathetic. This shows your integrity!

the platform is weak the ability to print out a pdf of interpretation of reporting doesnt exist. the customer service response sucks and super dissapointed all around in every aspect of service and execution. waste of $

I heard about this company on the Meidas touch network. I have used another competitive company over five years ago. Upon my own review, I decided to give Superpower.Com a try. Totally impressed with the process leading up to having labs done as well as the protocol recommendations. My protocol makes sense for how I have been feeling, but also show the improvements of my own undertaking. Now I get to add information from the inside out to optimize my health and fitness.
I have struggled for years with healthcare providers, telling me that I do all the right things from my health and don’t need screening testing done.
