I was not happy with the flavor of aminos after ending up with the wrong flavor. Bekah helped me out with an exchange for a different flavor and allowed me to keep the extra two I had already received and is shipping new ones. Excellent customer service !

Exceptional product, exceptional service
A long time fan of the purity and efficacy of BodyHealth products, my recent experience with customer service (Michelle!) only increased my appreciation for the company. I had questions about the relatively near term “Best Buy Date” of a favorite product - Michelle responded quickly, professionally and with a generous resolution. This is the type of people and company I want to do business with. Top notch customer service, just like their products.

Easy return and replacement
I purchased a flavored powder that I did not like. I emailed your customer service on Sunday morning. A few hours later Michelle responded and offered to let me to try a new flavor. Service was fast and easy.

Great customer support team

Customer service is exceptional -specifically Michelle. There was an issue with international order and discount as I am a long time customer. Michelle was very quick to respond and solved my issue. So nice to have a business that values exceptional live customer service.
