Wonderful service
Everyone I dealt with throughout the company was super friendly and helpful. Mo installed a new boiler for us and our own Tado smart thermostat. He was friendly, professional, did a wonderful job and everything was left neat and tidy. We will definitely use this company for any gas/plumbing going forwards.

The overall service was very good
The overall service was very good, I called to request a new boiler on Monday afternoon and it was fitted the next day. The engineer was excellent, hard working and efficient, and we had heating and hot water by the end of the day.

More of a sales job than a repair... very expensive
We felt the experience was more of a sales job maximising services rather than a repair job. Found this company to be extremely expensive. I have had similar work done for half the price.

Thank you for your feedback.
Looking at our system, I can see that an engineer attended your property to investigate a fault with your Worcester boiler which was not producing any heating or hot water. On arrival he found that the programmable room thermostat needed replacing along with recommending to have the boiler serviced at the same time. A quotation was provided and accepted by yourself with the boiler being back up and running that day.
We are sorry to hear that on this occasion you were not happy with the final outcome of the visit and would like to wish you all the best.
