Placed an order on April 26, 2024, Asked for tracking info on the 26 and got an email stating " We are truly sorry. The number of orders is increasing rapidly. We will try to check carefully and send accurate shipping information. Thank!" Then received an email stating The seller associated with your purchase, lemonbrotee, has been permanently suspended from Bonanza due to a violation of our User Agreement. This activity was identified after your order was placed. To protect our users, Bonanza errs on the cautious side when dealing with such sellers, and therefore we have permanently removed them from our community. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Since this seller is no longer active on Bonanza, you may not receive the item you purchased. As such we highly recommend that you contact PayPal to file a dispute. For your financial security, PayPal does not permit Bonanza to file a dispute on your behalf. We have included information on how to start the dispute process below:" So I immediately filed a claim with pay pal. Today is May 8th and I still have heard nothing. I have had trouble with a few Amazon sellers in the past and Amazon has always taken care of them and given me my money back. I will never ever do business with Bonanza again. Also the product I ordered is also a scam.

They allow a seller to sell pharmaceutical products out of China that aren't what they say they are. Yes, I'm stupid didn't realize until I received the product that it was from China & then I injected it. (PAIN!) I was supposed to be buying Biotin. It is not Biotin. The lab I gave it to for testing is quite sure what it is, but not Biotin.

Awful company. Do not do buying here. beware of the scammers. Over a month has gone by since I placed an order and the seller has completely ghosted me. No recourse but to dispute the charges on PayPal.

Placed 1st order with Bonanza, didn't know until confirmation that it was shipping from 3rd party and now Bonanza tells me they aren't doing business with this 3rd party and I have to go after the seller myself--they won't help at all!! No way to run a business....

I bought a used older printer from Kurt at BeFreeTech. When I got the printer it would not connect to the internet. Error code every time. When I asked for a refund, I was told by Kurt that it said plainly on the sales page that this printer was for parts only. Well it must have been in teeny tiny print because I went thru that page 2 or 3 times before I hit BUY and I did not see that disclaimer. So, now I am out almost $30 for nothing. What a pile of hooey! I won't be using Bonanza any further. Especially not this seller. Beware!!!

I buy it from Bonanza a my item never came. I wrote to the seller he responded after 5 days and said my item was shipped. It's been a month already,o wrote again to the seller to give me a update,so far no respond. Still waiting. I do not recommend this website.

I tried Bonanza for the first time, and my order never arrived. I tried contacting the seller three times to no avail. I then turned to Bonanza for assistance.

I later learned that disputes have to go though the buyer's credit card company, as Bonanza does not offer any type of purchase protections. That's not a great way to do business, so I wanted to give people a heads up. I, for one, won't be using this site again.

Horrible site. My product has yet to be shipped. The seller has not responded to any of my messages. I did not receive a tracking number. The guy has little to no detail concerning the product. I wasnt given a estimated date of when my product would arrive or how. He even changed his username. It use to be zooda123.i contacted bonanza for support and have not received any support. Merely a confirmation that they received my complaint.

Bonanza used to be a great place for sellers as well as buyers. But their newest shipping policy is basically extortion. Sellers now are required to buy shipping labels directly from Bonanza. Besides paying more for shipping, they are then taxed $2 per label. If the shipper sells another item, he can recoup his $2 by putting it toward another overpriced label, but is then taxed another $2 for that label, and so on, ad infinitum, thus insuring that sellers are always in debt to Bonanza.

Remember that all extra fees, taxes, and vigorish must be passed on to the buyer to keep the seller in business. So expect higher prices for whatever you buy.

At one time, this platform was the most ethical place to sell online. No longer. My extreme disappointment as a seller compelled me to write this review.

Absolute scammers!!! I sent them an email asking them if they have a Bonanza app for sellers before I sign up. They sent me an email saying we hope your issue has been resolved we will now close your query without even answering the darn question! Absolute scammers!!! Be aware!!!

I’ve never heard of and or used Bonanza before but thought I’d give them a try since the Mobihome Instant Popup Tent I wanted to purchase was no where else to be found. Worst mistake of my life! The tent I received was not what I paid for! The seller Lee Ruler sent me an Amazon regular manual tent which was unused and a regifted Xmas present from another person from Atlanta, GA (gift receipt was inside the box). I emailed the seller and hoping to get a refund in 3 weeks or so. I also reached out to Bonanza and pending response but I highly doubt they will assist since after Googling Bonanza Reviews, they have a TERRIBLE review history filled with so many consumer complaints! Wowow, two weeks of wasted time and money. What’s even worst is that this seller, Lee Ruler is still defrauding and scamming customers by listing/selling many more of this Amazon regular manual tent listed as a “Mobihome” Instant Popup Tent on Bonanza website. Consumers BEWARE and DO NOT do business on Bonanza or you’ll regret it!!! Read the Bonanza reviews on BBB and Google. Appears Bonanza promotes bad behavior and sellers and they will not help you get your money back from the seller!

Overall everything is great here and quickly becoming even better!! Customer service is quick to respond to me by email if the matter is urgent, although I rarely require since everything goes smoothly. Fees are reasonable and you don’t pay until you sell. Really nice pool of buyers here, I’ve only had one problem in 8 years. I’m advertised on google shopping which is bringing in heavy traffic to my booth. I used to sell 2-3 items a month, now I’m selling 2-3 and more a week!! Extremely happy seller here.

Some sales. Could be better. I do not promote my booth on social sites due to time constraints and so I mainly rely on SEO when it comes to titles, descriptions. I rely mainly on Google shopping for sales.

FVFs are reasonable on Bonanza. Free booth, love that. Excellent customer service, fast response except for weekends. There used to be more growing problems on the site back in the day with glitches. Years later it is so much better. I don't regret sticking with the site throughout it. Overall I like selling on Bonanza.

This is sad, super bonanza Muwaila university city road is pathetic in service and the staffs are very bad in attitude. They speak in rude manners and counter staffs are always in their own attitude plus they spoken with my wife in very bad manners. I am going in consumer for their bad attitude

Even if you're a legitimate seller offering genuine products and providing excellent customer service, they have the authority to suspend your account without sending an email or providing an explanation, and they disregard your attempts to communicate. I would not recommend this platform to anyone. "Judy," the individual from customer service, is the most unhelpful person I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with and should not be employed in any customer service role within any company. I would not recommend anyone to buy or sell on their platform.

this site is belongs to scam i setup my booth and pay fee and list two products next day i was unable to login when i enter password and username logout complete show up every time i contact them and they said we are unable to access your account so try other platform. beware. i hope next time it will not happen to anyone else.

SCAM WEBSITE! When you add a product they will ask you to pay 5$ for booth review so your product can be accepted, then they will send you a message that they don't support your country but they will keep your money, do NOT deal with them, I've sent them couple of messages and they don't reply anymore, I warned you.

I started to buy something. But they tried to charge me more tax than where I live charges. They claim tax is estimated, based on my zip code. I carried the transaction to paypal just to see what they would charge. Low and behold the same as bonanza estimated.

“Partner commission” or "Application fee"? If it's sales tax, why not call it sales tax?
Luckily for me I noticed what was happening before I made the purchase.
They also claim there phone service is down so any
correspondence with them via email they call a "request".

As a seller, probably one of the worst companies i've worked with.
