Avoid at all costs - Learn from my mistake!
I ordered an IPL from them and it very quickly went into overheating and switching off. At no attempt would the device stay on for longer than 2 minutes.
I contacted customer services and they have spun me numerous lies over about 3 weeks saying it's how i'm holding the machine and then to do with the light etc. I sent them a video and then again the 'technical team' reviewed this and gave various excuses. Each time being a different reason.
After having been told they will organise a refund, to then organising a replacement, they have finally said actually i'm back at fault as the 'technical team' can't see anything wrong with the device from the video shared. The device switches off after about 1.5minutes of use...
Absolute waste of money with a company who feed an incredible amount of lies but continue to pretend they are doing everything possible to help.
Don't bother and look elsewhere

Several weeks in and hair not removed. Doesn't work very well

This company is very honourable and easily contacted . I purchased the led follicap , they accidentally sent the wrong cap but sent replacement out express shipping . They were very easy to deal with and I’m very happy 😃

I ordered their red light therapy cap and realised I ordered the wrong one! I contacted them and they responded everyday I sent an email with a question with no hassles !!

They ended up sorting everything out with a full refund no problem at all!! The emails very always friendly and lovely full off smiles and emojies 😊💖

Used the hair dryer properly 3 times now. Yeah it's a really great hairdryer, I love it.
Only downside was it took forever to arrive and I had hoped to take it away with me for a few days and couldn't.
The company was apologetic for the delay in postage.
If you're in a hurry I'd say probably not the best option.
If you have plenty of time to wait on delivery it's a fab hairdryer!

Don’t trust this company, I received an unbranded led mask direct from china, in an unbranded white box.
No real instructions.
Their customer service is awful, no help offered at all.
Only 1 month guarantee on the product which doesn’t give much faith in the product.
And if not satisfied you have to cover the cost of the return to China….Avoid.
I had to open a claim with my credit card to get my money back as Bonded Blush weren’t replying to me.

Long delivery time, should say coming from China
Difficult to grip as no indentation or 'rough' handle. Really not impressed!

Love this hairdryer! Very light and so easy to use. Magnetic attachments are great, and I love the different temperature and speed controls. Such a good purchase and definitely worth the money!

I bought the 7 light led therapy luma wave mask and had questions a couple of times via e mail about my purchase and where was it.
The team at Bonded Blush were on the ball immediately and extremely helpful and courteous to my questions. . My package arrived and I let them know and they were so excited for me. I received a really lovely e mail back from them full of joy and loveliness .

I messaged bondedblush to say the charger for the handset of the mask wouldn't work. It seems I was trying to put the cable in the wrong end. I got a rapid response from customer service, issue resolved. Would highly recommend 5*****

This company was courteous, polite and helpful. They helped me to find a suitable solution to the problem l had.

DO NOT use this company. In less than 3 months, I have had 2 chargers and now the mask has stopped working. I requested a refund, they say because they have already sent a “complementary “ replacement, the refund policy does not apply. Despite me requesting a refund on numerous occasions they still insist they are sending a further replacement, but will ensure this one works!!! Surely that should have applied to the first two.
They are not complying with the Consumer Rights Act and think they can make up their own rules!
I’ll be contacting Trading Standards.
Please do not use this company, when the item breaks it will not be resolved easily.

Update****
I have now received a full refund but it was an easy or enjoyable process. I’ve been asked several times now to update my review so here it is.

This hairdryer is probably the best I've ever had. Its so light, the diffuser bowl is quite small but it is perfect for my shorter, curly hair.  

It dries my hair far quicker than any other hairdryer I've had too. And my curls are loving this...less time being dried and my curls are curly. 

I may need another back up Aerovella just incase as I don't think I could be without one now. I'm enjoying drying my hair now, knowing it doesn't take as long as it used to.
