Terrible experience with delivery. They allow you to select parcel post upon checkout and then use a courier that don’t deliver to parcel post.
Product is fine but took weeks to deliver and many frustrating emails with them.

I’m have had an in salon $600 keratin treatment twice and I think I’ve done a better job than the salon at home. It took me 1.5 hours from stepping into the shower to being ready to go out but I have extremely thick extremely curly/fuzzy hair. I went over it a lot with the straighteners. It feels silky smooth and looks great. Can’t wait to wash it in a few days and see how it holds up.
Even with my abundant hair I still have plenty left for another 3 treatments making it so cheap!!

I have now ordered three lots of this haircare product. I am now using it in a different way to the recommended use and believe my hair has never been better! The first thing is that I wash my hair every day. Afterwards, I put a very tiny amount of BONDED Keratin Mending Treatment (less than a 5c piece) through my hair (like a leave-in conditioner). After about 10 mins I blow dry my hair. I've found my hair is now so soft and smooth and the product does not make my hair go an orangy shade which is great! I would highly recommend the product. The customer service has also been great. The company let me know that the delivery of my purchase seemed to have stalled so sent a replacement straight away. I could not recommend this product and the company more highly.

There had been an issue with lack of communication, but the owners have now reached out to me to work things out. They have given me a sincere apology and sent me a complimentary bonding duo which I am happy about.

I love this product. I use it on my hair every 3 weeks or so -I don’t wash it out-I leave it in and just let my hair dry naturally (as I don’t want it straight-so I don’t use hair dryer or straightener ) and it takes all the frizz out and feels so healthy and soft and full. Would recommend this product . Have been using this for a year
