Super slechte service. Op de website staat netjes dat je je item retour mag doen, maar heb al 2 weken contact met ze proberen opzoeken. Reageren niet op het contactformulier, niet op mijn mails en als ik ze bel zijn ze zogenaamd "druk". Terwijl ik de minuut bel dat ze open zijn, is er al zogenaamd iemand in de wachtrij... voor 30 minuten (en waarschijnlijk oneindig). Heb dit meerdere keren geprobeerd. Krijg echt niemand te pakken. Stelletje oplichters.

I need to apologise here openly. Last November I've uploaded a pretty angry review over this guys and even though I waited a long time on my order, in the end I got it alright!.Lack of communication.
I wanna add that it was every minute worth, because what you get is high quality products, no kidding. Nicely and well protected packaged!
Go ahead and order with confidence, but don't expect it to arrive the next day; )

I paid for a bong. After 3 weeks hasn't come. I emailed twice. They asked me to bear with them. But 3 weeks later. No tracking number nothing. I wish I read on hear first before I wasted my time. Seems to be a scam firm

Ordered nearly a month ago. No confirmation, no communication, no delivery. It’s a scam.

First I thought I was scammed like everyone else. This because I didn't receive a confirmation mail, and no response on the mail that I send. Today I received the package from stonedoos. I had to dubbel check to understand this was from bongify. The items are in good condition. If they just replied on mails it would be a good company.

They are scammers. I did not receive any items I purchased and they are not responding through email.

ho ordinato due anni fa ed era arrivato tutto perfettamente, ora invece con l'ultimo ordine, niente email, niente tracking, nessuna risposta dal servizio clienti e il mio ultimo ordine non compare nemmeno sul mio account: una truffa ormai.

En ze hebben helemaal geen klantenservice of wat dan ook, ik stuurde veel mails en geen antwoord, geld naar lucht gegooid

Pakketje nooit geleverd of verzonden. Op mail krijg ik geen reactie. Ik hoor graag nog iets van bongify.

De steel van de bong was gebroken, nadat ik ermee had gereisd, nam ik niet de moeite om hem terug te sturen. Maar kom op...
