I was very excited after ordering a Black Leaf bong hoping it would arrive quickly (to UK), an hour later I got the tracking info and 2 days later it arrived at my house. Update months after i ordered and tried to Get in touch with them; first i got explained that they were out travelling or someone was sick or something, still got 0 help about my broken downstem, very dissapointing when i order a product, and its broken and they dont want to replace the broken part Even.. redicolous customer service, if u can Even call it that. Im sure i will never shop here again after this ...

Ordered alot of items, including a glass bong, when i finally got it; the downstem was broken at the end .. i immidiately sendt them emails with pictures of this and telling them that it was broken when i got it, several emails later and i still havent even heard from them, not even a confirmation that they’ve seen my message.. dissapointing to say the least..

Commande reçue rapidement cependant la verrerie n'est pas de qualité. Le travail réalisé sur les pièces en verre est pitoyable, et le prix ne reflète pas du tout la qualité attendue et exigée. De plus les photos des pièces proposées sont différentes des pièces recuent. C'est juste inacceptable ! Quel tristesse pour une entreprise dont le pays à largement démocratisé le cannabis et ses moyens de consommation.
Préférez commander sur les sites espagnoles et américains voir canadiens. La qualité sera au rendez-vous, pas comme chez Bongify.
