Belles lunettes, mais attention aux défauts
Si votre paire de lunette est bien dès le départ et qu'elle n'est pas un « citron », alors c'est super.
Toutefois, attention aux problèmes ! Le service après vente en cas de défaut de fabrication est médiocre. La garantie d'un an n'est pas suffisante et ne couvre pas les gros problèmes / défauts.
L'entreprise répète à qui veut bien l'entendre qu'elle a à coeur son service à la clientèle, mais le service rendu ne reflète pas du tout cette mentalité. Aucune considération pour la clientèle. Offre une maigre compensation de 20$ sur un prochain achat (moins de 10% de la valeur d'une lunette qui n'est pas utilisable).
Je recommandais cette entreprise, jusqu'au jour où j'ai eu un problème.

J’ai pris rendez vous lundi 4 octobre à 10:00 AM, pour faire évaluer ma vue au dix 30.
Je suis spécialement venu de val david a 10:00 AM
A 9:55 je suis arrivé au dix 30 je reçoit l’appel de quelqu’un du magasin qui me dit que l’opticien ne sera pas là … je lui dit que j’ai un rendez vous pour faire un examen… et que c’est un Optometriste….
On me répond qu’il n’y en a pas !!!

J’ai toujours aimé Bonlook, les modèles de ses lunettes, le prix et le service. Je suis cliente depuis 2016, mais malheureusement cette année (2021) j’ai eu une mauvaise surprise. Au moment de commander mes lunettes, j’ai reçu un message dont il fallait ajouter 200 $ à ma commande. La raison: ma prescription contient une valeur de cylindre élevée. Lorsque la valeur CYL indiquée sur une prescription est de -3,25 ou +3,25 et plus, il y a des frais additionnels de 200,00 $ par monture.
Par contre, j’ai déjà acheté 4 lunettes de -3,25 (ou même 3,5) depuis 2018 sans ces frais additionnels. Le service à clientèle a dit que le système avait fait une erreur pour les autres commandes.
Mais une erreur avec mes 4 commandes depuis 2018 ?
J’ai dû donc, malheureusement, annuler ma commande.

Hit or miss
I have been shopping with Bonlook since 2015. I can say their glasses are on point only 50% of the time in my experience, but I kept coming back because of the cute frames. Half of the time, there is a glaring quality issue with what I received. One time the focal center was off. One time the frames arrived deformed. One time the glasses arrived with a scratch across one of the lenses. This most recent purchase, the prescription sunglasses I ordered were so comically wide at the temples that they were not possible to even wear. Customer support was not helpful in addressing my concerns and questions and wanted to just initiate a warranty claim. Although Bonlook customer service is willing to replace defective items, I feel customers should be compensated more for receiving poor quality products, rather than have to pay further to ship a defective item back for an exchange across countries. I don’t live in Canada where they are headquartered, so sending packages incur fees back and forth to the EU, and it’ll cost as much as I paid for the glasses. They also sent me glasses that are too big for the case and the case doesn’t close. These quality errors are a huge oversight, very disappointing. I will not be ordering from them again after this last experience. Bonlook needs to do serious quality control on items before shipping them out. Anything less is poor business.

super service and fair pricing, but after about a year both my wife and I found the lenses started to have a film that could not be cleaned which naturally caused poorer visibility (reading and distance, not bi-focal). brought them to my next optometry visit who confirmed a quality issue. spoke to BonLook who said 60 day return only. so, 4 pairs of glasses bought over 6 months in the garbage

Bonlook's quality has gone way down. Frames have become extremely cheap. I still love the first pair I bought from them when they started out. Only purchase heavily discounted, they are not worth the price otherwise.
