An appalling company who have no regard for customers and blatantly ignore their responsibilities under consumer law. I’m not sure how they are getting away with it

I will continue to chase BM for the refund for my faulty dress which I returned last May. This is the latest, dishonest reply. All words (when I do get a response) and no action. "I sincerely apologize for the continued delay in resolving your refund for the faulty dress. I completely understand how frustrating this must be after such a long wait and multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I am escalating your case urgently to our refunds department today and will personally ensure you receive an update within the next 2 working days. Thank you for your patience so far, and I truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention again. Nosifiso Gleanate

Usually Bon Marche are very good but I ordered and paid for two tops on 19:09/3025 which never arrived after contacting them a few times I have not heard from them ,I feel very let down ordering in good faith but nothing and no help at all .
The packages of knickers is situated at the wall in front of the till. It is impossible to look for your size in the 4 rows when there is a queue of people there. So you wait with the goods in your basket until it is your turn. You then have to go through these rows to find the size you want with a harassed queue behind you.I wanted to packs size 22, which I thought I has bought. When I got home one of the packets was size 26. I took them back with my receipt and explained the circumstances, the packet of knickers was still sealed and was told by the manager it is not company policy even though it was clear the package was still sealed, it left the goods as I cannot use them. Why do they not display the packs of knickers with the other underwear, not-at the till.

Suddenly they acknowledge me … by sending a email asking me to review 2 items I have never received !! I have cctv so I know delivery has not been made absolute joke

Love Bon Marche. Great choice and decent sizing too, I always have a size smaller as the sizing is quite generous. The prices are affordable and choice is good.
Delivery is quick and I haven’t been disappointed yet.
