Good range
Good range, items arrived packaged nicely. They couldn't deliver on the day I asked but was nice of them to call and let me know in person. I used a number of Turkish food delivery services in the past year, this is the best one so far :)

I have ordered two Sutas Kasar cheese…
I have ordered two Sutas Kasar cheese on 10.11.2021. The expiry date for both was 14.11.2021!!!!! This is not acceptable. We can't even eat one of the cheese in 4 days!!!!!
This was my last order from Bonvila

Hope you are well first of all, we've advertised a couple Sutas items with the expiry date of the 14th. It says it in the description of the product on the website, hence why there was a sale where we were selling at below cost price.
We thought you knew and that is why you bought two of them. Apologies if you didn't see this on the website. You can get in touch with Help@bonvila.com if you'd like to return the cheese and we'll be more than happy to issue a refund. We done an Instagram story covering this issue.

Fantastic products and brilliant customer service
I have ordered here many times and I am a happy customer! The products are fantastic, as is the customer service! Delivery is quick and everything is packed so damage to products is minimised and perishable food is kept cool. Never had any issues and will keep ordering my delicious Turkish delicacies here! 👍😊

Delicious Turkish food delivered to my village house. There is nowhere near my house I can get good food apart from OK local restaurant food. I cook better myself. Where I live, people can’t tell good food from mediocre. It’s a joy to be able to get authentic and delicious Turkish food.
