Never again
On my first order, I threw half of the meat and frozen things because they had not been packaged well, which wasted more than 30 pounds of my money.
My second order was another frustration. Their delivery man rang the bell, threw the order bags at the building entrance and ran away without listening to me, telling him I could not come downstairs because of my physical problem. When I had been able to ask my friends to go and take them upstairs was hours later, and again some of the frozen things were melted.
Never again.

We're so sorry to hear this, disappointed in the driver that came to your area, he's usually helpful, we'll have a word with him.
In regards to the frozen products, we send our items refrigerated and advise customers to consume within 24-48 hours of delivery depending on the product (if the product was previously frozen).
We currently have refrigerated vehicles patrolling London :).

Boza launch
Boza launch has been announced to be live at 9pm but insstead was visible at 11pm. So for 2 hours I kept refreshing the page which was not a nice experience. All with the delivery was good. Thanks.

This is completely my fault, I thought I had clicked 'Publish' on my phone to make sure the product is live before doing other house chores, I came back later to check if everything was under control to see the Boza was still not active!

All the products were ok except the…
All the products were ok except the packets of rice were torn and as soon as i took them out from the couriers box they spilled everywhere..
The delivery was done by DHL. Maybe packaging was the problem.
