Great products and customer support

Great products and customer support. The bras are sooooo comfortable, and my kid loves the pyjamas. One came damaged, and they sent a replacement within a week. All products arrive quickly and as described. Honestly, no complaints!

Yes, the returns are costly, but they are not based in the EU so you can decide on the risk (read the fine print, people!)

I've ordered off this company twice now…

I've ordered off this company twice now and both times the bra top has arrived in damaged packaging! I've just recently had a mastectomy so I wasn't happy with the state it arrived in! To happen once is bad enough but to happen twice is extremely upsetting!

I had wanted to try their t shirt bras…

I had wanted to try their t shirt bras for a long time, never seemed to have size S in stock, but after reading their measurements decided to try the XS. The cup size for this is so small, and does not match the descriptions online. Tried to return the item but they are charging even more of a shipping fee to return then it cost to have it delivered, I would be losing almost €10 just to return it! Will not be ordering from them again.

I bought 3 items, cheap polyester, not bamboo

I bought 3 items, all XL, Womens ribbed turtleneck top, seamfree undershort, womens classic long sleeve t-shirt. All 3 are literally different widths and lengths. I've worn all 3 both immediately after they arrived, and after a mild wash, as per instructions. My experience remains the same. It wears like cheap polyester. The undershorts literally bunch up, so as you are wearing them, they shrink around your undercarriage becoming hot pants, it's incredibly uncomfortable. The ribbed top is terrible, it stays scratchy, I was hoping that after a wash the fibers would soften, it doesn't. Its fraud that they put a label of bamboo on these items, its cheap polyester. Waste of serious money, they were so expensive!

We’re sorry to hear that the items didn’t meet your expectations in terms of feel and fit. Comfort is at the heart of what we design, so it’s important for us to hear when something doesn’t feel right.

All of our fabric compositions are listed on each product page, and our core fabric is made from organically grown bamboo viscose blended with other fibres (such as elastane or nylon, depending on the style) to provide stretch, structure and durability. We would never label a product as bamboo if it were polyester.
That said, we understand that fabric feel can be subjective, and if the hand-feel wasn’t what you expected, that’s valid feedback.

In terms of fit, different styles are intentionally designed to be worn differently. For example, some pieces are designed as relaxed, everyday layers, while others, like seamfree or base-layer styles, are created to sit closer to the skin for a smooth finish under clothing.
We also provide fit notes and garment measurements online to help set expectations, though we appreciate that real-life wear can sometimes feel different.

Your comments about the undershorts riding up and the variation in sizing across styles are particularly helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass this along to our design team for review.

Initially disappointed about nylon in fabric, but now converted!

The order turned up in good time - not always the case in Greece, so thank you! I am disappointed though that the fabric of all three things I got (a bra, knickers and a base layer top) is 15% nylon. I understand the need for elastane, but nylon? For a company that pushes its bamboo and eco credentials pretty hard I am surprised and disappointed. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd realised (like I say, wasn't expecting it given the marketing) and will not be ordering again.

Update: I am here to eat my words. Fantastically comfortable bra, and thank you for the explanation you gave in your response to my review. It makes sense that you need to factor in durability etc.
Two things keeping me at four rather than five stars: the padding getting rumpled in the wash, as others have mentioned; and the extra hook on the strap, for making it a cross-back, sometimes works its way into an inconvenient spot and digs a little into my shoulder blade.
But all in all I would buy again.

To provide further details about our fabrics' composition, we test our products relentlessly, and after countless hours of R&D, we made the decision to include some additional materials besides bamboo viscose or lyocell. This is because bamboo yarn alone does not provide enough strength, drape, and stretch to produce functional garments that move with you throughout the day and withstand repeated wash and wear. To create high-quality products that last, we sometimes need to make these carefully considered compromises.

Some of our other fabrics, such as our Lightweight Bamboo Jersey Fabric, contains 95% bamboo viscose and 5% elastane, which is a good example of how we adjust the fabric mix for function while keeping the bamboo content high. Ultimately, it’s all about ensuring each product performs as intended.

We also aim to be transparent about our materials, which is why each product page includes a dedicated fabric section. This shares more detail about the handfeel, weight, construction, and full fabric composition, to help give a clearer picture of what to expect before purchasing.

I usually almost never write reviews

I usually almost never write reviews, but this time I felt like I had to as I am super happy with the order. This is the second time I’m ordering from them and it won’t be the last. I love the quality of their products, don’t want to wear any other bra anymore and their pijamas are soft as butter. My first package got lost and the customers service was sooo helpful and they re-sent my package which then arrived super quick. Second time had no problems with sending and got the package sooner than expected. Ordering from outside of UK. So thank you Boody ❤️

Comfortable but not impressed with the quality

I ordered a seamless bra earlier this year. Initially I was very pleased with it as it is very comfortable to slip on and wear. However there are a couple of reasons why I don't think I will be ordering from this company again. Firstly the bra has some padding inside it which slips around and needs putting into place each time before wearing it- which is a bit of a faff and a pain to do each time. Secondly one of the straps is about to detach itself at the back and will need sewing back on. So, whilst it is undoubtable comfortable I don't think the quality is there.

Teure Rücksendung bei falscher Größe

Ich habe zwei Bras in der gleichen Größe bestellt entsprechend der Größentabelle. Der eine Bra war viel zu klein, der andere hatte viel zu kurze Träger. Ich finde es immer sehr irritierend, wenn beim gleichen Produkt, die Größe so stark abweicht.
Was mich aber wirklich geärgert hat ist, dass für den Rückversand eine Gebühr von 8,5 Pfund abgezogen wird.

The shipping is insane

The shipping is insane! I ordered to Portugal from the .eu website and it took a few days to show up as being in Germany with DHL. Two weeks pass and it’s shipped to the UK before being sent to Portugal which has now resulted in it being stuck in customs. Not buying from them again.

Niet bestellen!!!

Duurde drie weken voordat ik mijn product (BH) binnen kreeg, product was te klein terwijl ik specifiek goed naar de maten had gekeken en perfect binnen de afmetingen viel, wil ik het retourneren kost dit 10 euro!! Waardoor ik uiteindelijk maar 15 euro terug zou krijgen van een bestelling van 25 euro. Mocht er ook voor beslissen om het te ruilen, oké ik kijken naar een grotere maat, zou ik daar ook 10 euro extra voor moeten betalen!! Dan wordt de BH ineens 35 euro? Echt belachelijk.

Sizes might be tricky

I ordered the Triangle Bralette in FreeMesh fabric and absolutely love it — the material, the cut, the style, and most of all, how comfortable it is! It’s a beautiful piece and feels great to wear.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The delivery to the Netherlands took quite a long time — I placed my order on September 10th and received it on the 24th, so around two weeks seems to be the standard shipping time. Additionally, the tracking link didn’t work for a while, and I had to contact customer service to get it sorted out.
Sizing can also be a bit tricky. According to the size guide, size S fits a bust of 83–93 cm and an underbust of 73–81 cm. My measurements are 90 cm (bust) and 77 cm (underbust), which technically fall within the S range. However, based on customer reviews saying the bra runs small, I chose size M — and I’m glad I did! It fits perfectly, and I’m sure size S would have been too tight. My only concern is that the underbust might loosen over time.
Overall, despite the delivery delay and sizing uncertainty, I’m very happy with the purchase. The bralette is stylish, comfortable, and worth the wait!

I bought a few different tops and two bodysuits, and they fit perfectly—so smooth and comfortable—thanks to the sizing guide. I initially chose a size S, but after using the chart to measure properly, I went with XS, and it’s a perfect fit.

Highly recommend both the products and their amazing support team!

T shirt bra -mangled pads!

Bought t shirt bras having measured my right size but it was too small so ordered bigger size which cost me more postage New size arrived (lovely packaging) after a while so on the positive side the T shirt bra is very comfortable soft material and looks good UNTIL it was washed then the pads got mangled up inside the cups and it took ages to get them straight! Either leave a. Opening so that pads can be removed or sew them in to fix them!!!
PS to be fair the pads untangled themselves in the tumble drier but don’t want to on have to dry them this way!

Do not order from this website!! I have ordered quite some things and I am really sorry about this. I have not received anything yet, they don't reply to my emails (only an IA robot) and now I heard that I have to pay more than 70 euros to customs. I am still waiting on a reply from Boody. Ridiculous.

Great Customer Service

I had bought a few items from Boody before and enjoyed the simplicity and comfort of the garments. Then I recently purchased the slim leg lounge pants and noticed an issue with the fabric. I reported it to their customer service and they agreed to send me an alternative pair of lounge pants, which were the wide leg version. The took on board my complaint and actually did something positive and useful to resolve it. I received the new pair and the fabric seems more robust, so I am happy. I am also impressed with their Customer Service Team's responsiveness and attitude. It means I will continue shopping with the brand and thoroughly recommend them.

No product, no reimbursement, no answer

I've placed an order on April 1st, by May 5th I haven't received it. The link they sent for tracking seemed to not update for days and when it did it said it was delivered. But it just didn't arrive. I wrote to the customer service and they said they could send again or give store credit. I asked to send again, but they wanted a different address. I didn't have one, so they said they would send to pickup point instead. But instead of sending to my address to be pickup at the point, they send it directly to the pickup point. That is, unfortunately, not allowed, so the package was returned. Or at least that is what the person at the pickup point assumed. I wrote to get my money back on May 29th and I got no reply. Not even a "we'll reimburse as soon as we can confirm the package is being sent back". Nothing, complete radio silence.

Boody undershort with pocket 6"

I read great reviews about these shorts, however, I hate them. They roll up the legs constantly and therefore do nothing to combat chafing. The pocket is a nice idea. The fabric is nice and soft. But the short legs don't stay where they should. I would NOT buy again.

Door een fout in de adressering was mijn pakket niet aangekomen. Boody heeft mij kosteloos opnieuw geleverd. Super service en bovendien ook nog heel fijn ondergoed. Zacht en comfortabel.
