Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Sent me a parcel with missing items. Sent 2 e-mails as couldn’t get connected online - NO REPLY (despite the 24hrs policy). Went on customer chat after waiting 2 hours to be connected - got 0 customer service or apology with no explanation of why? just got shipped another pair of shoes. These turned out to be also the WRONG ITEM. No one checked the item code - I highlighted this as to prevent it from happening to other customers and I got told ‘there was nothing they could do’. Told me to return the item - I did. Got promised an instant refund if I return back. Went back onto live chat after waiting a further 30 minutes to be told a refund will be returned in the next 7 DAYS. No apology for them messing up TWICE. What a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SHOCKING.

This has to be the worst company ever

This has to be the worst company ever. I spent nearly £200 with them, they threw the parcel in the garden, left in the rain, when I have 3 safe places to leave it . There were several items missing so I reported it to them only to be told they were reporting me for fraud, I’m absolutely astonished they can treat customers this way. I am a Solictor so I don’t need legal advice, but I think they will we are taking this company on for illegally trading.

Ordered two items for delivery which should of arrived on Sunday the 30th of jan my order no uk170869062 l have emailed boohoo and Hermes twice to no avail Hermes say it as been delivered to my address the photo sent is a bin at the front of a house with a brick wall my bins are at the back of my house against a white wall l have never had any previous problems a lady normally delivers to my address nobody called in Sunday so god knows who’s bin my parcel was left behind if this isn’t rectified l won’t ever use boohoo again l have the yearly next day delivery not paying for something l don’t receive fuming isn’t the word

Don't choose next day delivery!!

Disgusting customer service, very unhelpful and completely ignored my second email as they simply couldn't be bothered to solve the issue!!
Don't choose next day delivery as it's a scam!! Charge you £6 for it but they use Hermes who are totally useless and WONT deliver your package the next day!!!
Will never be using Boohoo again and from all the other reviews I've seen, looks like I'm not be only one.

Boohoo’s Terrible CS

I ordered a top (active gym reflective Print Long Sleeve) on 17th Jan which was supposed to arrive the next day because I am on Premier Delivery. Top did not arrive until the 3rd day. I did not complain. On arrival, the delivery guy ( Hermes) just left it in my front door where Passerby could clearly see. Before I got out to pick it, I could not find it there again. I believe someone passing on the street would have picked it. Normally, other delivery guys hide my stuffs where no one could see it. I chatted to a Boohoo customer service agent to lodge a complaint. The guy was extremely rude in the process. His response was indirectly insinuating that I was lying. I have patronised Boohoo for more than a year. He told me to go get a Police Crime Reference Number first. I am being forced to do this. Normally, I wouldn’t. I’m definitely deleting Boohoo’s app on my phone. Imagine all these over just a £10.80 cloth. Very pathetic!!!

Tried to return 2 skirts out of 3. Went into 'start returns' it asked for my order number but wouldn't accept it. Phoned them on the number given 01612365335, number not recognised. Avoid Boohoo like the plague.

THERE SIZES ARE RIDICULOUS!! NO WHEEE NEAR THE REAL SIZE,YOU CANT FOR EXAMPLE MEASURE THEM AND SEND PICTURES FOR PROOF,AS WITH EBAY,THEN THEY EMAIL YOU ABOUT 10 TIMES A DAY& NIGHT!! UP TO 12PM MIDNIGHT! WITH OFFERS ON WHATS IN YOUR WISH LIST,SO YOU GO TO CHECKOUT & THE CODE ISN'T ACCEPTABLE!!! THESE ARE WHAT I CAN ONLY SAY" CON ARTISTS" I'VE BEEN EXTREMELY!! Terrible service

Terrible service. Don’t buy clothes at boohoo.com. I ordered and payed for one day delivery on Sunday the 9th of January, it’s 14th of January already and my parcel is not here. They’re saying that it’s not their fault it’s Hermes (which they decided to use for their delivery services, so not my fault) and they’re unhelpful, not chasing my parcel, didn’t offer me refund or repayment for lost parcel, Hermes UK is impossible to contact. All over terrible experience so far, no item I payed for and no money seen. So far Boohoo offered me code for free next day delivery for my next purchase, as if I’m going to buy anything else form a company that failed to deliver my first order.

I dont normally write reviews but this is- THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Treat you as if your a criminal, will not help or assist you.
Was told my parcel was delivered, while i was out. it was gone when I got home. Treated as if I was a criminal trying to steal 2tops a dress and a belt.. bloody ridiculous!
The time before the wrong item was sent and they'd no resend till I sent it back- even tho I paid next day delivery for mine. Ended up with a refund- minus the postage!

Basically if you want to be treated like a criminal. Just use boohoo "customer service"

I ordered £200+ of clothing

I ordered £200+ of clothing. It arrived in a reasonable time, however was of a very poor quality. I returned the entire lot and was refunded, promptly. Just a pity the quality is not better.

Strongly not recommend. Its a scammed site...They keep the delivery charges and refund the item amount. So you pay £3.99 for nothing. Over 3 weeks still not received my refund . No reply to my emails. very disappointed with service

Ordered for next day delivery expected on Sunday! Still didn't arrive. Nobody is able to tell me where my parcel is! Absolutely joke. Is not what I paid £5.99 extra for!!! Will definitely not be using again!!!!

Still no refund

I ordered a dress from boohoo only to receive poop service. Hermes claimed to deliver but I did not receive. I have even contacted the police for a crime reference number as requested by boohoo, but still they won't issue my refund!!
Going to trading standards dards next to see if they can help me. I would advise to think twice about buying from here
