Tuve una mala experiencia con una compra en Shein, compre 2 prendas, según las medidas publicadas mi talla es M, la campera me quedo perfecta, pero el pantalón, a pesar de ser talla M me queda grande. Y shein NO CAMBIA EL TALLE si te quedo mal. Tenes que devolverlo y te cobran el envío! El pantalón salía $22000 y me quieren cobrar por devolución $16000!! No hay Manera de cambiarlo sin perder mucho dinero!!! No aconsejo comprar en Shein con esas políticas

SHONKY DEALINGS WITH SHEIN

The first time I tried to submit a review through another service, I was directed to an "email confirmation" page, which I now also highly suspect may be a process to phish one's password for Shein. Now I will change my password on that email account as I do not trust the product review mechanism that took me to the "confirmation" page and asked for my password, stating that mediation with Shein would commence. This indicates a relationship with Shein, hence my furtiveness about this review page and the company involved.
Regarding Shein:
1: What actually happened: I was shopping on the online webpage and was called away from my desktop computer unexpectedly. I had just sourced the same products I was interested in at a lower price (being a pensioner, this is important to me) and had that summary page up on the screen. At the same time, I had placed the previous search results in a "cart". I went away from my computer intending to come back, scrap the first cart contents, and place an order with the new search results.
When I later came back to my computer I found the "cart" contents had been ordered, not by myself, but by Shein. The price was ridiculously higher than the quoted price and I had no control over the process, which I consider unlawful. The items ordered were also not in the quantity that I had wanted.
There is no easy "customer service" route to make a complaint to Shein. There is no "chat" feature, as stated on their website. There is no phone number to call. There seems to be a very unwieldy complaints process that takes endless searching to find initially, and on a second attempt after making an actual complaint (which Shein will "answer in 24 hours" but in reality does not answer, although the company is happy to send you endless emails about your order), is un-findable.
2: As the photos attached show, the purchase price quoted in their summary was vastly different from that charged, which was much higher.
This is not ethical behaviour by a company operating in Australia. I have a mind to make a complaint to the Australian Federal Police and the ACCC about cyber crime.

Totally Unscrupulous!!placing an order today

Total AUD 41+
When checking out all the Artwork dropped off, I couldn’t order it, only God & SHEIN knows why?
Next thing that happened before my eyes!
The order went through (using Afterpay) AUD 41+ for two AUD 5.50 night wear. No Art at all and Shipping $29!!
Go figure. Shipping was to be FREE
Absolutely unscrupulous of SHEIN , how there you defraud unsuspecting buyers?
I managed (with great difficulty ) to cancel the order and hopefully not be charged.
SHAME ON YOU SHEIN.
You certainly would have defrauded some unsuspecting customer.

I dont trust Shein anymore.
As a long-time SHEIN customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I attempted to return items based on the 90-day policy I had always relied on, only to discover it had been reduced to 45 days without any clear notification. Because of this, my return was rejected.

I have already contacted customer service, but no reasonable solution was offered. Changing a long-standing policy without properly informing existing customers is unacceptable and unfair.

I am requesting an immediate manual review and a one-time exception to resolve this matter. If this is not addressed, I will discontinue shopping with SHEIN.

Once you know how to shop Shein you can't stop

Once you know how to shop Shein, you can't go wrong. As a bigger person, stylish and fun clothes can be hard to find but shein has SO much to offer. Once you make a few orders you get points for reviews and points for confirming delivery. Free returns in Australia are the best. Great range and always look out for coupons.

After reading all those bad reviews

After reading all those bad reviews, I must say, my experience with the customer service was great. I got a Shein gift card and I had to link it to my account. It didn't work so I send a message asking for help. The response came quickly (next day), with a solution. Problem was solved.

The customer service is non existent

The customer service is non existent. The return/exchange policy is non existent. I needed to exchange sizes and order more clothing however I will never buy from SHEIN again. Very disappointed with the service!

I will Never receive parcel...

I used to order a lot from Shein as they have option for "click and collect" so I can collect the parcel. As I am a shift worker and no one at the apartment. There is also no safe area for leaving the parcel outside.
Even I request re-schedule a specific date twice for re-delivery and they did not even delivery on the request day. they keep re-delivery what they want which I never home. what is the point? Wasting time and cost.
I have no idea how this courier company runs - iMile, clearly there is no communicate with the agent and the driver.

Where is my parcel?

I was away. I live in department of housing complex of units. I get notification that there was a delivery - their courier is imile, so I ring around, no parcel. I then went on live chat, and even emailed them, and they refuse to refund putting the onus on me to prove non-delivery. This is against consumer law - they have to, as seller, prove it. I paid them via zip and thus in a dispute. The amount paid and lost at present is close to $300. Another thing - I had previously purchased sterling silver jewellery and not wanting cheap stuff, I paid over $50 for a ring - the same exact ring is available in a bundle deal from ali express for $3, I thought buying SHEIN, things were discounted, but being from China, same sellers - price higher. If I could have SHEIN would get negative 5 stars for their terrible customer service and treatment. Their goods - mixed - some are great others terrible.

SHEIN always want you to invite people in order to win five free gifts but when you do you come out empty handed which I feel it’s false advertising and misleading people! The braided hair I brought a week ago isn’t good quality! And it also has a bad Oder too it!

This company asked you to share with your friends and you get five free gifts I have actually shared from 9:15 stopped at 9:15 this morning. I stayed about 8:00. I shared with over 20 people and then they tell me I'm finished short from getting my gift. These a scam. If you're going to give us the five five free gift, please do. Because we are helping your company. We are advertising your stuff. But you want to make us do it free? No remember. I'm quite sure this is not the only complaint that's about to come in because the people that I shared it with tried the same as I did and never received anything. So will you please fix this? Thank you This wasn't the first bad experience. You're going to lose more customers with these bad experience people. Today we want the product but we want to be treated fairly with it and done fairly. Thank you

DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN. I wish I had read these reviews first. I waited at home for 3 days and each day they said they tried to deliver my parcel. These are items I bought for my daughter for her wedding. They did not even attempt to contact or deliver at any time as I have video proof. Trying to get a refund is virtually impossible and trying to contact SpeedX is also impossible. I will be escalating this to their legal team as I am so disappointed for my daughter. Will try and order the same items from a trusted place, but as the wedding is less than 2 weeks away, I won't hold my breath in them arriving. So sorry I trusted Shein. Order SPXOOL116800018354

Shein claims you can win free gifts but do not waste your time! It’s a TOTAL scam!!! I’ve been playing their “Money Tree” game & will literally only have .1€ to knock off before supposedly winning my “free” items but as soon as I do it instantly jacks back up to .8€ making it IMPOSSIBLE to ever actually win! Believe me when I say it’s not the only “free items” games to do that either, I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now, I’ve made multiple purchases & have tried them all but have NEVER won a single free item!!! SHEIN IS JUST SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

It was the app i used for a long time satisfied my needs but the tops always shorter then usual I have a long torso so that was the only bad thing. Besides that it did good as coping mechanism to shop there

Da diverso tempo faccio degli acquisti da Shein e finora ero rimasta soddisfatta, ma oggi ho ricevuto un pacco il cui contenuto non corrisponde a quanto da me richiesto. Mi spiego meglio, avevo già acquistato una catena con pendente e poiché mi era piaciuta, ne ho ordinata un'altra da regalare ad una amica. Anziché quanto da me richiesto mi sono vista arrivare una catenina con un "piccolo" pendente, che può andar bene per una bimba. Ho provato ad inviare un messaggio alla Shein, ma non si riesce a farlo partire, perciò mi rivolgo a voi per il mio reclamo!!!!!! Questo mi farà sì che, prima di effettuare un nuovo ordine, ci penserò!!!!!

I ordered a parcel from Shein that was never delivered to my address. Shein claims it was delivered and signed for, but I did not receive the parcel, did not sign for it, and the delivery location was not in my property. I have contacted Shein and provided evidence, but they refuse to refund me. I have got all proof they said it will be refund after accepting their fault and next day my refund was canceled by another staff 😭😭😭

ive had a parcel go missing

ive had a parcel go missing, they claim it has been delivered and that i have signed for this, clearly i have not, there is a photo, but it could be anyone gate and it does not prove that the parcel was actually left - once i raised this with Shein, they very simply fobbed me off and said it has been delivered and that there is nothing they can do- they have ignored any request for a refund due to lost / stolen item,
they said i have contact the courier that they instruct to make the deliveries - That did not happen.
i would not normally leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous they have all out ripped me off, i have paid for goods, that i do not have, and they do not care - avoid these guys they are cowboys
