Boots are very grippy, kept my feet warm an dry in rain an snow, I wear them all day, inside an outside, great purchase

Don't buy BooJoy boots
The boots were purchased for my 83 year old mother-in-law for Christmas but within minutes of trying them on they made her feet hot and sweaty. I contacted the company by email twice before I got a reply. They offered me money off the boots if I kept them or offered me discount off another pair if I kept them. I was told to respond to their email if I still wanted to return the boots which I have done several times but all I have had back from them is an email confirmation that they have received my email. They reviews I read about them before I bought them were all good but as soon as they arrived I was very doubtful about the quality. I just want to return them and get my money back but it is proving very difficult. Please don't buy from this company there products are overpriced and under quality and their customer service is very poor.

This ‘company’ is actually part of ECOMERZPRO. I liked the look of the shoes, but I didn’t much like the awful Trustpilot reviews of Ecomerzpro.
There is also the big question…how can these shoes be waterproof and breathable without the sort of technology employed by Gortex?
I would steer clear.
