A warning and a follow up on my review from March 18 2026.
I was unable to check in online but advised by Mac to contact him if I had a problem at the airport, in person (which I did). Although it was a passport issue being a few days out, he had ensured all documents were checked and we were good to go.
We called him from the airport and he insisted all would be good regarding arranging the holiday for a later date: we followed his instructions and he told me to wait until a working day. His colleague then told me he was not available for one month (suddenly) from March 31st and would not be returning and that there was nothing they could do apart from take yet close to another £2K to arrange another trip for us. I am so disappointed and have now requested my information to be sent to me to process the guarantee that was verbally promised and via what’s app messages (they have since set up “disappearing messages” so I advice you to keep a record of these elsewhere when communicating. The worst part- because Mac Smith via Book 2 Travel arranged everything, the hotel and transfer companies won’t engage in conversations with you as the company use their details for contact purposes.
Be careful and STAY AWAY. Huge disappointment and distress has been experienced by us and our children.
The most disheartening thing is that I had built up a trustworthy relationship with Mac so I was very shocked that he would disappear suddenly when we needed him most. His colleagues were extremely rude and refused to help me in regards to any refunds for flights/ hotel/ transfers stating that “there is nothing we can do for you” via what’s app.

It was a wonderful trip...all thanks to book2travel..right from start and the end....memorable trip...Eric is a nice agent

Recently booked a flight to Istanbul....the agent booked the flight for me....he assisted me getting my seat secured in advance...he help beyond the limits...he helped me doing online check in...and assisted till the end of my journey....it was splendid...keep rocking book2travel...

Use this site for the first time. Must say I had a good experience with the sales agent Steve who will be my go to person for our bookings from now on. I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to get me to buy something else. Can not wait for he trip

Can't give a minus so just the one star. Since having our flight cancelled every email comes back as unable to deliver. Flights were over priced but they con you by saying a much cheaper price and then demand more money! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Very poor service went on a holiday to Jamaica and due to the hurricane transfers was cancelled and I had to pay out for another hotel and transfers they told me they reimburse me. Send me the bank details sent bank details. No money yet I also booked another trip to Vegas. I’ve had fraud.on emailed account so I WhatsApp them no asking what the last payment is due I got a reply to 4 days later saying your flights have been cancelled because the payment wasn’t paid on time I said no you’ve been paid £400 already yes I owe you to remind him but I did ask you for the last payment date but no reply not telling me they’re trying to sort me flights but will be more money but no mention of refund told me to call me back in 30 minutes still waiting

This company is a scam and their agents lie to you when you book the ticket their agents say you don’t have to pay any extra but this is a scam they make you pay more

I dealt with a young gentleman named Mac he was very polite and patient with me when booking my husband’s ticket, he understood what I needed and within minutes was able to offer me a ticket with all the timing I required and also got me the best price possible.. I would recommend him to anyone booking a ticket with this company and will definitely use them again 🙂

these are a scam company I booked tickets to SGN for my daughter and family plus myself wife and youngest daughter 2 lots of tickets as my daughter is not going for as long us bought the tickets paid 2 separate payments.
then Arnold rag saying the payment hasn't gone through
could the put them together to make one payment I agreed they sent me another bill for payment I checked with barclaycard who said it was ok to proceed I paid a short time later Arnold called saying he had sent an email on with all the names would I check them I said I hadn't received and email I said I would call him back Arnold said he would wait on the phone he kept asking if it arrived once it arrived he asked me to check the names I did they were OK he asked me to reply on the email saying all correct I did and sent it he hung up then i noticed it said deposit so I called Arnold back he said don't worry that's nothing the tickets are paid for I sent an emails stating that the payment was for full and final payment for the Tickets and if that was not the case please return my money
I rang the next day and asked where the tickets were he said the airline don't issue the tickets till 2 weeks before you fly I told him that was rubbish they issue as soon as they are purchased he said he had a booking number He gave me 7SUP14 and 7SYFBK I checked on Vietnam Airlines site needless to say these booking cannot be found see attached Vietnam Airline site

Really simple....its an elaborate scam. Book a flight get quoted a certain amount then make a full payment for the flights but the payment is actually just an agent fee. You then receive an invoice stating you need to pay for the cost of flights....they then bombard you with emails wanting further payments.
Absolutely avoid.

Hi my name is jason Randall this company aviod at all costs, paid my flights in full to New Zealand six months in advance via Internet and phone call with no mention off any further money needing paid. Four days after booking and paying in full got a call via this company wanting a further £1700 because there was a problem on cathways end i cancelled the flight and got a refund of £1800,(full amount was £2631.) And vouchers for £273.28 per person stated that the vouchers can ownly be used with there company which i intend not to book with them. In the end got refund off £1800 so basically lost £860 pounds as I won't be rebooking. STAY AWAY TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Was talked into buying a return ticket for this trip to Australia. The explanation was that a single ticket may cause problems at border control.
My mother in Australia was quite ill, hence the trip.
Her condition got worse day by day while we were there.
I contacted the airline to reschedule my return flight by 3 months. They told me to contact my agent, Book2travel.
I explained the circumstances to them.
They didnt do anything apart from trying to sell me air tickets home.
Whetever happened to customer service?
