I have a lovely day throughout my trip in Jamaica, first the travel Agent Ryan is fabulous 👌 , he make sure he provided all the luxury we need for our trip to be successful and memorable. The hotel Breathless is lovely and there staff's are amazing 👏. Also I will not end my love with Jamaica without mentioning Grand Palladium palladium hotel 😀. This hotel is what you call home. We just came back from our vacation it was a lovely holiday. We booked this trip with book2travel for the first time. Our experience with this travel agent was excellent as Ryan was dealing with our package. He was always willing to help us throughout the process ensuring that everything is ok. We got a very good deal with them compared to others in our team who booked from other travel agencies. The beautiful thing with this booking the last week before we travel Ryan upgraded our room and we were treated as a VIP guest in the hotel with a butler at our service. We had a fantastic time in Montego bay. I will definitely recommend this agency 100% to travellers and Ryan is the best. They are always ready to answer calls at anytime.

Ryan was so helpful, I’d been looking for the right flights for days.

I’ve had a great experience with Book2travel. After we made our initial deposit my daughter decided to read the reviews and for her the bad reviews made her think that the company was a scam. after going backwards and forwards communicating on WhatsApp Steve and Ryan reassured us that everything was legit. I’m very pleased to say that yes everything was fine . We have got our E tickets with no problems. I’d like to say thank you very much to Steve and Ryan.

I booked my flight this travel agent but made my payment late and didn't inform anyone that the payment had been made. By the time I realised I didn't have a flight booked the fares had increased. The manager Ryan, went over and above to ensure I was on a flight that still met my needs at no additional cost. He also gave me a £50 voucher to go towards my next long haul flight due to some miscommunication. (I wasn't listening).
