Amazing Experience!
The teacher was lovely, really encouraging and just had fun with us. She felt like one of the gang. We learnt a fantastic routine, which was at a great level for all abilities and we came away feeling FABULOUS! The dance itself we used for literally EVERY SONG that came on in the clubs over the weekend. It was such a highlight to the weekend and we are all still talking about it now.

Fizzbox awesome, third party companies not so much
Fizzbox's customer service is absolutely fantastic, exceptionally quick and helpful thoughout.
Active giggles was our third party company organising events in Bristol. While I appreciate things go wrong (started very late) there was a number of other issues including very poor communication prior to event and complete unawareness of the actual experience they were providing. Had it not been for Fizzbox's customer service this would be a 1 star review. Recommend avoiding active giggles.

What a fantastic drag queen show. venue. Not too packed. Fantastic atmosphere, great vibe. Fab music. Just can't fault it. Honestly if your looking for a great time definitely book this. We didn't stop laughing and dancing from start to finish.

The event did not happen
The event did not happen. No one turned up waited 25minutes before I received a phone call. Contact number did not exist.
I would like to point out initially it was very hard to make contact for the refund and it was extremely unprofessional being accused ‘of being unconcerned’ regarding the ‘accident’. Also being told there was a loss from hiring the community centre which I can assure you was much less than the cost of our taxi. £25 compensation did not cover this payment or the money we spent on outfits for the event.

We’re very sorry that VIP Squad could not fulfil your booking as expected. As you know, the dance teacher was involved in a very unfortunate accident on the way to your booking. I hope you can understand that this was completely out of Fizzbox and VIP Squad’s control.
A full refund has already been issued and VIP Squad has also compensated you for the inconvenience.
We regret that despite VIP Squad’s best efforts, you felt compelled to leave Fizzbox 1-star review.

I had a great time with my son and daughter.
The people on site where very helpful. It was possible to buy additional rounds (ammunition) and pay after. The only thing to improve is to place clear signage at the driveway / gate where to go.

Hen party - Cocktail Masterclass
Kit our barwoman was so friendly and engaging. The booking was super easy to make (I needed to ammend it and communication was great !!). The while experience exceeded my expectations.

Our masterclass was such good fun
Our masterclass was such good fun! The barman were great and explained everything to us and maybe threw a bit of ice!!

Amazing and fun experience

School sports day for hen party
We had the school sports day for a hen party. The coach was excellent and got everyone in the spirit . A fantastic day had by all and would definitely recommend

I must say,, Fizzbox got back to me the very next day and took care of my cancelation right away.. I appreciated their fast response and professional manner.. They claim cancellation is easy and…
They claim cancellation is easy and simple. BUT they don't give a way to do it. They told me to go through my Fizzbox account to contact my venue, but they won't let me into my account. Told me my password was wrong so I changed it and they still won't let me in. Keeps saying login failed. this seems like they are ignoring my need to cancel. I am way ahead of the cancel time frame.

Brilliant Night
We had our company Christmas party on the Pride of London and had an amazing time. Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, DJ was brilliant and played a good variety of music. We all had a wonderful time and was sad when it was time to get off! .
