It was easy to arrange for the EPC
It was easy to arrange for the EPC, Hakan showed up as agreed and it was easy to pay. On too of this the EPC was uploaded almost immediately so all in all very good service and easy to do business with.

Good service, professional.
Polite, efficient EPC survey conducted. Only dropped a star as original appointment had to be rescheduled by surveyor, otherwise cannot fault. EPC online within hours!

This company do not answer their phones…
This company do not answer their phones - open 8am-11pm. Send a generic reply saying they'll call you in a few minutes but don't. Exceptionally poor customer service and not sure I trust them.

Team effort
Great communication from the team, despite Liam having an urgent issue to deal with. My information was quickly passed onto his colleague so as to uphold the appointment time. Inspection was thorough & informative. Epc certificate was available next day.

Value for Money
I recently used BookEPC for an Energy Performance Certificate and was very impressed. The booking process was easy, and the assessor was punctual and professional. The inspection was thorough, and I received the detailed report quickly. Their customer service was responsive and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our team did attend the scheduled appointment at the agreed time. Our staff rang the doorbell and waited, however there was no response from inside the property.
We also attempted to contact you by phone but unfortunately were unable to reach you. As no one answered the door or the calls, our team had to leave after waiting the allocated time.
