I paid for a hotel through Booketta.com, but the hotel had no record of my booking. No refund, no support. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Crappy crappy crappy.... booked thru them... should have known better.. price isn't everything... there was no reservation at the hotel and they denied a refund to my credit card... shady, untrustworthy, and fraudulent practices... use a known service or better yet, book thru the actual hotel

They were supposed to refund me for a room i booked through them. The booking was for 1/29/2024 and I was assured I would get my refund and I still haven’t gotten it. This site is horrible and rips people off.

Only because I know that if you found yourself here you might be panicking. I panicked and called the hotel but the hotel said they got my reservation. After reading all the other messages I really freaked out. They worked with no problems though. Just wanted to play devils advocate here and say you may get lucky like I apparently did.

THEY WILL INDEED RIP YOU OFF !! THEY CHANGE LOCATIONS WHEN WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR IS BOOKED, THEY CHANGE PRICE ON YOU. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS TOO BAD, NO REFUND OR MODIFICATION .

I was trying to make a hotel reservation and used "Booketta". I got their email confirmation that my reservation was successfully. Upon arrival to the hotel, there was no reservation. I tried to get a hold of them using their customer support but no one responded (despite the fact that they have a pre-recorded message saying: "your wait time approximately 6 minute").
I send them an email with the issue and they responded the next day saying they would look into it. After 1 week and multiple emails of me asking for status, they responded I would be getting a refund in 7 - 15 business.

I booked a hotel in Miami through them and when I arrived, there was no room for me, no reservation, nothing. I had to drive 2 hours to go home when I just wanted to rest when I arrived in Miami after traveling via air for hours. I reached out to them, they confirmed that there was never a reservation and that they would refund my money. It has been a month and still nothing. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not use their service. This company is horrible. Bad customer service just horrible all the way around. They messed up my reservation when I got to the Marriott, they told me I had a reservation after I showed them. I paid for it through the site. I called Booketta and got the runaround for 45 minutes I eventually had to pay for the hotel on my own. They opened up a ticket for me to get a refund back. It took over a month for me to get my money back from them and that was me emailing every day and calling them almost every day trying to see where my money was almost $300. If I was you, I would find another company to book with and not book with you pay a little more to have better customer service because this company is not it.

Total scam. Rope you in with a cheap price and says they are sold out. They are always at the bottom of a Google search. Sometimes with the name Booketta sometimes with another name. Don't use their service. They are completely scamming everyone.

They scammed me and refuse to refund my money , I’ve tried to dispute with my bank and their telling my bank that I got the room but I didn’t , the hotel said they never released the payment

Scammed. Booked a hotel through them and paid 300 over quid but when arrived the hotel had not received any money. End up having to pay another sum to book a room. Don't use!

They are SCAMMERS, they changed the date on my reservation and have said that the hotel will not refund the money. I spoke to the hotel within 2 hours of this issue and they never took any money.

DONT DO IT!!! I watched someone book a room and the reservation was never sent to the hotel! After waiting on hold for 30+ mins they were just told to leave a message. Their money was taken and they couldn’t even get the room! Scam site AVOID

Complete ripoff. Booked me for days I didn’t want the’ immediately cancelled, no refund. F$$$$!! Scam artist!

If you book through Booketta your inbox will fill up with spam. I contacted them about it... this was their response...

They evidently are "there to help" fill up your inbox with spam.

Horrible customer service. They charged my card twice and when I called them about it every time was a nightmare. They lied to my face, called me the problem, hung up on me and told me to "stop calling if I want my money back". These people suck DO NOT USE THEM!

Just had a terrible experience through this site. The site changes the dates and no one is available when you try to fix the issue. They email you the next day and tell you they can’t do anything. Reporting this to the BBB and FTA. This is an unfair and unreasonable business practice and possibly a type of fraud. The company does not act in good faith.

This company just wants to take your money scammer. I booked and paid online with them but the date was for the next day. I called right away to change the date but the woman told me she can't change it and customer service is going to call me with in 24hr. I called again and the lady told me they don't change the dates to request a refund so I requested a refund she then sent me a email saying it's non refundable 😡😡😡😡 and all they said was we're sorry they can't really do anything!!!

It's a scam website, the receptionist at Hotel mentioned that several guests have encountered the same issue, advising to contact the bank to cancel the transaction.
