Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with navigating all the different packages that would be most suitable for what I’m currently needing as a new author. He helped me find the best deal and explained everything throughly and really prioritized my needs. He is super kind and friendly it was such a pleasure to receive his assistance. I wish everyone could be as patient and caring as him.

I am a first-time author. I have been working with Jack Matthews. I must say he has been patient with me as I have been learning the process of publishing for the first time. I have been limited with what I could afford to invest with Bookmarketeers but I feel Jack has understood my situation. I really appreciate that. The book is almost finished with the publishing. Now I hope for the best. If it does well, I have to give Jack Matthews most of the credit for the success of the publication.

Kimberly Hills did a superlative job helping me write my first book and I am 84 years old. People my age who did not grow up in the computer age often find them difficult but Kim helped me at every step and gave me a lot of very excellent advice when needed.

Kim was my contact, and a nicer and more helpful person you will not find anywhere. There were some delays and misfires on mine and the company's part, but Kim just kept on working it for me and it all came up roses! In this game, no matter what company you use, the contact person matters absolutely. I got lucky, and we are still ongoing. Still a bit to go, but I'm confident in her ability to navigate the shoals.

I would like to express my gratitude to Katherine Gilbert for her help to get the printed copies of my book to me and my co-authors and her tenacity and determination to complete what she promised to complete. This is a great quality to have and a very needed one in our world today. Katherine is very dependable and I appreciate her keeping her word and doing what she said she would do.

Last Fall the 5 Authors ordered our book, Thursdays at 2, to be be published before Christmas. We also purchased books to be delivered to us, individually, before Christmas. When the books did not arrive before Christmas, we were promised the delivery of the books at the start of January 2023.

Just this week, in April 2023, I received the 30 books I purchased last Fall.

If not for Katherine Gilbert we probably would still not have our books.

We were given a huge runaround with receiving our books until Ms. Gilbert came to the rescue and helped facilitate and speed up the process.

I started off with someone handling my account but I didn't connect/communicate well with him and was re-assigned Kimberley Hills who is wonderful to work with! Been working with Kimberley for about 6 months now and she is always responsive and never failed to get back! Though I feel some stress now because I have a deadline to meet, I feel assured that Kimberley will help the project be right on time.

I also had Paul Thomson as editor - he was so sincerely enthusiastic and happy to work on my book that I felt it added life to it! On hindsight though, I think the editing process took too long - more than 3 months for a book with mainly pictures and not so many words! :-) But perhaps it was my fault for not suggesting that we worked on more pages at one time.

The book is at the design stage now - it's a picture book and I am excited to see the final product.
At the end of the day, whether you have a happy experience or not depends on your communication and connection with the person handling your account. I am so glad that Kimberley is my project manager, especially reading some of the not so happy reviews here. Though I do get a bit demanding with her regarding my deadline, she comes back reassuring and professional, and I know she is on top of things with my book. If you are getting a book done with Bookmarketeers, I have no problem recommending that you ask for Kimberley Hills...and anyone else with good reviews for that matter! :-)

I have read hundreds of reviews. I have learned that the best review is a truthful and honest review. This is rather than an emotional and irrational attack on a person or product.
This is my 3rd book published through Bookmarketeers. I do not know the company as a whole. However, I know my director/associate Kimberly Hills. Through the process of each book, she has been award-winning, in my view. Professional and personable, she has gone the extra mile to communicate and discuss book editing, cover, and copyright issues. All in all, publishing with Bookmarketeers is a pleasant journey. My fear is that one day Kimberly Hills will be promoted, and I'll lose her as my director.

Publishing a novel is not for the faint of heart. It is a creation of its own, separate from your book but essential to success. It takes time & at its center is the Project Manager to guide you & support you. Kimberley Hills at KDP Bookmarketeers, in particular, has the experience & compassion to take you on that journey. She's the life-line you can trust all the way.

What went wrong? My second book was published on June 9, 2023, instead of August 2022. For this I am thankful. The ball was dropped last summer and it was not noticed by BookMarketeers until I Brought it to their attention. The service I received was far from their site promises of professional staff. I would like for BookMarketeers to offer a special discount on their propaganda program but that has not been forthcoming. When it extends to me an apology for the uncharacteristic bad service (a full nine-month delay) I will carry no grudge and happily modify this review again. Therefore, as of today 06/15/2023, I no longer condemn BookMarketeers. Will BM receive more business from me? The ball is again in their court.

I have been working with an amazing project manager by the name of Kimberly Hill. This will be my first published story. I didn't know much about the publishing business so to leap into something so unknown for me was quite daunting. But Kimberly took my fear away by walking me through each step of the process. She was patient and knowledgeable. Instead of feeling stress during the process, I experienced a level of comfort, that let me know, my story was in the right hands.

Paul Joel has written a fantastic first novel; a somewhat supernatural but reality based adventure with great lessons for all readers. A little bit of Brooklyn and Boston baseball thrown in for all those fans. A fascinating read.

I am a first time book author and one of five women’s writers putting out our memoirs together. The actual putting the book together was handled by one of our other writers. There were problems in communications. I came in at the very end trying to get our ordered books mailed to us. Our book was already on Amazon and we were excited & delighted but we had not received our individual books that we had paid for in December 2022. After many calls & promises that they would be sent I reached the wonderful Katherine Gilbert. She listened & immediately investigated to find out what the problem was. She called me back & texted me & kept me informed until I actually received my book. She was very professional, caring, smart & competent. We are writing a second book & I would feel confident & grateful if Katherine could be in charge of the whole project. She’s a gem.
