AVOID !!!! Ordered books. Quickly realised they were wrong books and asked to cancel before dispatch. They dispatched anyways. Now its been nearly 4 weeks since i returned with about 5 emails asking why i havent received a refund. Had no reply what so ever. Would never use again or recommend

The wrong puzzle was sent and have had no replies from emails

Ordered from them on 4th of January and when nothing had arrived 9 days after it had supposedly been dispatched, I emailed to chase up my order. I was told the order had been lost and it would be resent. I asked if I could have updated tracking information for my order and had no reply. A week later I’d had no confirmation email and after sending 2 more emails chasing my order I was ignored. I got no where with the chat feature on the website and was also ignored on their social media

I simple email back would have been enough to explain the situation. I emailed again for a refund and it arrived 2 days later but I’d also claimed a return back through my bank so I’m unsure who authorised it.

Terrible customer service, won’t be recommending

Unfortunately there are no options to leave Zero Stars, so begrudgingly one star will have to do!
I placed an order with Books4us at the beginning of November (Order No:49230) for the boxset of Beatrix Potter. Which arrived promptly, unfortunately the box arrived damaged, the very same day I emailed Books4us to tell them about the damage and hoped for a replacement due to to fact this was a Christmas present, I also attached a photo of the said damage.
After several days I still hadn't heard back, so I re-sent the email, still no reply. I then messaged them through their Website and still no answer, My Daughter then emailed them because by this time I was getting fed-up with the lack of response. And again Nothing!.
I thought I'd give them one more opportunity to reply so I messaged them through their Website again, and again No Response. I do not leave reviews at all, and certainly not bad reviews, but due to the total lack of response from Books4us I feel obliged to make the company aware of my frustration. Buyer Beware!

Not happy at all. Parcel has not arrived, and was for a birthday present back in September. Very embarrassing. What is more disappointing is that books4us did not respond to my message informing them parcel hasn't arrived. Checking my tracking number, Royal Mail say they are expecting it, looks like they haven't even received it. Books4us I hope you read this message and rectify this situation asap

UPDATE: they have now refunded me the money which is commendable however I have not received any communication from them to acknowledge or apologise for the lack of service. This is some feedback books4us, that a bit of customer service goes a long way.

After initially been worried that the books that I had ordered weren’t going to be delivered, I emailed the owner and admittedly I wasn’t expecting a response after reading the most recent feedback. I hadn’t had any confirmation that my order had been accepted or acknowledged either. To my amazement though I did get a response and the two books that I had ordered for my son’s birthday that had already come and gone became four as an apology with some added promotional merchandise. My son is over the moon as am I would recommend 100%

I ordered the special edition hardback book threadneedle! I received a confirmation email of order alongside an email from the owner confirming the order and letting me know delivery times. The order was delivered promptly from Royal Mail and I was extremely impressed with the packaging! It was bubble wrapped and had lovely gift wrapping which I was not expecting! The book is in great condition due to the care of packaging when delivered and I am extremely happy! Thankyou!

The set of Winnie the Pooh books I ordered were a great price. Great present.

Terrible customer service . I emailed 4 times asking where my order was as it was 10 days late in the end. No one got back to me until it was too late .
