Excellent
I ordered this book for my granddaughter who is due to start school in September. It was lovely to be able to make the characters in the book look similar to her and her mum and dad. My daughter says the best bit is that it asks questions so it invites discussion. Would highly recommend.

Unbeatable customer service!
This company's customer service is second to none. I was disappointed that my book wasn't dispatched until 5 days after I ordered it but Dan did everything humanly possible to sort my issues out.
I was also very impressed with the book itself. One thing I would recommend is a few more options for the visual choices for parents. My son has dark brown salt and pepper hair.
But overall I was delighted with the end product!

Naff story, clunky messaging
Reading the story in full it’s quite naff and the messaging is very direct not subtle or interwoven with the plot. Not sure my 7 year old enjoys it. Maybe below 5 it’s ok.
