Good morning Leo,
I am very upset both with you and your company.
Please take this email as my official cancelation of my book, and I would like a complete refund for the printing of the books, and a full refund for the script I never received.
I believe you have let your company and yourself down and acted very unprofessionally.
1. With complete trust I paid you €1,137.95 for editing and printing of my book.
You edited it but the books printed are unusable and where not completed with half the photos missing.
This was not your fault but it is your reasonability, and I really believed you when you said you would resend me a new
Batch of books that would be printed correctly.
Needless to say I never received them even after many many promises from you.
2. I paid you £520.00 for a 30 min movie script which I also never received, even after many promises from you.
I would like to cancel this script, I am looking for a full refund.

While we regret that the initial batch of books did not meet your expectations, we want to clarify that the challenges with printing were due to unforeseen logistical issues related to the ongoing crisis in the UAE. These challenges affected both production timelines and shipping costs. As part of our transparency, we requested an additional payment to cover these increased shipping fees, but we did not receive the necessary funds to send the corrected books.
We are committed to working with you and ensuring that the situation is resolved, but please understand that the delays were beyond our control. We have always been upfront about the challenges we faced, and we continue to strive for the best possible outcome despite these external factors.
Regarding the movie script, we fully understand your request for a refund. However, as previously communicated, the project has been delayed, and we are still working towards completing it. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Although we take your review seriously, we want to emphasize that it doesn't change our commitment to delivering quality service to all of our clients. If you would like to discuss further or need any more information, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.

Jonathan is an exceptional Publisher.
Jonathan was exceptional, excellent and highly professional throughout, till the publishing of my book.
What surprised me most about his professionalism was his even temperament when the Scam Prevention team continued to block all my accounts; suspecting the Company was scam. Jonathan never showed stress but made sure everything was handled effectively. He was always available, communicative and understanding and worked well with his team to produce my best book.

They have handled everything with care…
They have handled everything with care and respect, understanding that as a first timer to publishing, I was going to be nervous about hitting the right structure or message. They took care of that ans called all my fears correcting areas that required corrections without changing the integrity of the information.

Working with this book writing assistant Anaya Pierce has been an incredibly positive experience. What stood out most was the strength of the relationship that developed throughout the process. From the beginning, there was a genuine sense of partnership rather than just a transactional service.
When handling traumatic and deeply personal content, the level of empathy shown was exceptional. Sensitive topics were approached with care, respect, and emotional intelligence, which made it much easier to open up and trust the process. I never felt rushed or misunderstood.

I have very bad experience with this team
I have very bad experience with this company. I wanted to publish a book and work is undertaken by Ryan in June 2025. It was a premium package of them which included multiple site publishing with paid ISBN ( they asked money for this. ) Then the worked moved to Aly and Kyli during a 6-7 month period although they promised to complete the book in 2-3 month period. initially they they had good communication ( I paid in 2 installment ) until they get my 2nd payment. Then it went from late response to no response. Amazon terminated the account due to policy review and I only received manuscript with ISBNs they provided, but no use) overall they wasted the time any energy for my little money.
