Ik heb een Bosch Serie 8 In'genius BGL8X329 stofzuiger gekocht via Coolblue in Januari 2025.
Als trouwe klant van zowel Bosch-producten als Coolblue had ik hoge verwachtingen, maar deze specifieke stofzuiger van Bosch en de daaropvolgende afhandeling door Coolblue zijn een enorme teleurstelling.
Mijn stofzuiger vertoonde al snel een defect.
Motor plotseling stopte met werken na minder dan 1.5 jaar normale gebruik.
Tot mijn grote verbazing werd de garantieaanvraag direct afgewezen met de claim 'vochtschade'. Ik weet echter absoluut zeker dat het apparaat altijd op een gortdroge plek heeft gestaan en dat er nooit een druppel vloeistof mee is opgezogen. Het lijkt er sterk op dat de elektronica van dit Bosch-model simpelweg niet bestand is tegen normaal huishoudelijk gebruik (zoals minimale condensvorming).
Ik heb bezwaar gemaakt tegen deze onterechte afwijzing, maar ik hoor tot nu toe helemaal niets van de klantenservice. Van een servicegericht bedrijf als Coolblue ben ik echt veel beter gewend. Een defect binnen de garantietermijn hoort fatsoenlijk opgelost of onderzocht te worden, in plaats van de klant te negeren.
Crappy Bosch "service"
I gave this counter depth refrigerator, model B36CT80SNS, 2 stars because I like the look and, up until the warranty expired, it seemed like a good investment.
This is more a review of Bosch's so-called "Customer Service". We purchased the Bosch unit 14 months ago. A month ago, the freezer stopped working (while we were out of town) and we came back to a load of soggy garbage. We got the freezer working again, so we thought, but the Ice Maker would not produce Ice.
I called Bosch Service and went through the steps I could to resolve the problem. It became apparent that those steps were not working, so I tried to schedule a service call with a factory technician. I was told the next available appointment was for July 10th (this was on June 15), completely unacceptable.
They provided a 3rd party technicians number, and he came out today (the 16th of June). Parts and labor to fix the problem? ~$700 on a 2 month out of warranty refrigerator.
I asked two Bosch representatives the following question: Is your product so shoddy that the technicians can't keep up with the repairs, or does Bosch employee so few technicians that the idea of factory service is more of a dream than reality? I honestly can't see another viable answer. I am still waiting for a reply.
I definitely would think long and hard about ever purchasing a Bosch product again after this experience. I suggest anybody else do the same.
Bosch 300 dishwasher Series, big disappointment
In November 2024 we bought a Bosch 300 series dishwasher. In April of 2026 the pump went and we had to repair it at a cost of $450. We researched good dishwashers before we decided on the Bosch. We are seniors and a household of two people. It isn’t used every day and I am extremely disappointed in the product. I contacted customer service, I know it is no longer under warranty but I expected it to last longer than 18 months. The comments back from Bosch “ we are sorry you are disappointed with your dishwasher, we will pass your comments along to our team.
We will not be buying any Bosch products in the future.

Waschmaschine. Waschgänge dauern jedes Mal länger als angegeben, wenn ich 45 min auswähle warte ich trotzdem 1,5 h auf meine Wäsche. Wenn man eine Funktion anbietet, so erwarte ich das diese auch funktioniert. Nichts mit Energie sparen.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY BOSCH
My 300 series dishwasher started leaking when it was 10 months old, still under factory warranty. I do not have an "authorized service center" w/i 175 miles of my home. That said, this review will be about the warranty and horrible, disgraceful customer service. No way to file a claim on weekends so you already have at least 2 days with a broken appliance. Customer service gave me 3 repair services that they would authorize to repair the machine. One (65 miles away) did not answer the phone for 2 days, the other is not accepting any warranty work for at least a month and the third is a retired guy, no web site or business address, who fixes appliances. He is 2 weeks behind, does not do warranty work and will not leave his county. When I called customer service back, I was emailed the same 3 places! Bosch has "cooperate" offices in at least 3 states. NC, MI and Ca. No listed phone numbers get you anywhere, so I started writing emails and filing complaints. 3 days later I heard from a rep who promised to "stay with me" until the issue was resolved. She said she would escalate to the FSM who found a place with no business address and located 120 miles from my home according to Google maps. My agent assured me they have "satellite offices". On Friday, almost a week later I was given the name and phone number of this company. I called, was told that the schedule would not be made until Monday and they would call back. They never did. I called the following Mon, Tue and Wed only to be told that I can not have a date until they "hear from the installers". I emailed my rep every day for 3 days and never heard back. I filed complaints with the BBB and the state AG's in all 3 states. I also filed a complaint with FTC for fraudulent business practices. Late Wednesday I got an email from someone identifying herself as a customer service liaison who said a store refund credit (RA) would be authorized. She said it would take several days to be emailed to the store. She was the ONLY one I had spoken to who would give me her last name and direct phone number so I emailed her several times to give me the RA number so I could start the return with the store. I had already been in contact with the store manager so he was working her from that side. The dishwasher was brought back to the store that night, the credit issued and a new machine (NOT BOSCH) was ordered. I did finally hear back from the repair company who said they could be here Friday at 3pm. What if I need parts or the repair fails? Do I have to wait another week or 2 hearing lies and getting empty promises of call backs? (FYI: My new Kitchen Aid will be here Friday at 10am, 5 hours before said repair!)
All the customer service people in all the locations use scripted replies with false claims of staying with you, following up and resolving issues. They are masters of stall any way they can hoping you'll just go away!
My advice? DO NOT BUY ANY BOSCH APPLIANCE until you make sure you have what they call authorized service centers near your home, several actually. Take it a step further and call them, and any other service companies in your area to verify they will accept warranty work. If you do end up like me, file complaints with every agency you can find, even if you don't think it will make a difference. Email every Bosch executive with an address you can find and be tenacious, don't stop or give up. Call, write and badger them into doing what's right. I'm not on social media, but if you are, post negative reviews about their products and customer service. Let everyone know what Bosch is doing.
Better yet, buy another brand!

Jeg købte en Bosch luft/vand varmepumpe til kr. 140.000 inkl. installation der aldrig har virket.
Kampen for at få denne til at virke har stået på i 14 år, og rigtig mange gange er denne forsøgt udbedret, med store udgifter til følge for mig, men nu efter en nylig software opdatering hvor montøren oplyser at der er fejl i softwaren ved levering, sender Bosch nu en faktura på kr. 4.480,- for 2 timers garantiarbejde. Det er simpelthen uanstændigt !
En diskussion med den kundeansvarlige servicechef "Michael" der blot oplyser at det var en brugerfejl (min egen fejl), selvom Bosch selv ved 2 lejligheder har indstillet varmepumpen korrekt, men også flere gange gennemgået denne telefonisk, så fastholder man at det er en bruger fejl. Altså at jeg ikke har indstillet denne rigtig.
Underligt nok har varmepumpen nu kørt fejlfrit i 19 dage uden problemer efter denne software opdatering, men det har absolut intet med det at gøre fastholder Michael. Montøren der udbedrede fejlen oplyste at den kun kunne gå op til 48 gr. C. i fremløbstemperatur og hver gang at huset kaldte på varme gik den i forskellige fejl.
14 års pinsler med denne Bosch varmepumpe og mange penge fattigere, er jeg blevet klogere.
Jeg vil derfor fraråde alle et Bosch produkt, da de simpelthen ikke tager ansvar for deres produkter, og jeg er absolut ikke den eneste der står i denne situation.
Min søn skal til at opføre et hus, så snart kuldegraderne er aftaget, men det bliver 100% nu uden Bosch produkter, herunder hele varmeanlægget der var projekteret med Bosch, samt alle hårde hvidevarer.

Slechte kwaliteit apparatuur: zowel de vaatwasser als de wasmachine vertonen al storingen na 3 jaar. Helaas vallen deze niet meer binnen de fabrieksgarantie. Denk goed na voordat je Bosch-apparatuur koopt; Bosch is helaas niet meer de Bosch die we van vroeger kennen.

Terrible support experience for faulty product
I am absolutely shocked at how appalling Bosch’s warranty process is. The customer service agents themselves have been polite and are clearly just following instructions — the real issue is Bosch’s outdated, manual, and completely customer-unfriendly system.
I bought a brand-new Bosch mower on Amazon. It failed on first use after about 15 minutes. Instead of a simple exchange or straightforward warranty claim, Bosch put me through one of the most frustrating processes I’ve ever experienced.
Despite registering the mower and uploading all my details and receipts, Bosch repeatedly required me to re-submit everything — including printed copies of my Amazon invoice and even a printed copy of *their own warranty*. I don’t even own a printer. Their solution? That I visit a local library to print documents they already have stored in my Bosch account.
They also required me to source and pay for my own box to return a product that was faulty from day one.
Then came the pickup. Bosch scheduled a collection and required me to stay home until 1pm. After waiting the entire morning, I was informed the pickup was moved to the next day between 9am and 3pm — meaning another full day at home. Only then did they decide the courier would bring the printed label (after previously insisting they could not print labels at all).
The agents were courteous, but this process is shockingly outdated, inefficient, and completely disrespectful of customers’ time. For a brand as large and well-known as Bosch, this level of disorganisation is beyond disappointing.
I regret buying Bosch, and I cannot recommend their products until their warranty and service processes are modernised and customer-focused.
Broken washing machine under warranty
This washing machine has serious firmware issues which cause the machine to stop working. I had to call Bosch 3 times to come and look at the machine since buying it in June. Each time, it took them 5 days to come, so for 3 weeks in 3 months I’ve not been able to do laundry. Given the price this is crazy!
I’ve now been told that the firmware will be fixed in Q1 next year, and that my machine probably will break down several times again until the firmware is fixed. They won’t even call me to tell me when it’s fixed, instead I need to download the app and check it occasionally in Q1 to see if they’ve managed to solve the issue….

Teures Gerät, kaum genutzt – riesige Enttäuschung
Ich habe mir dieses Bosch-Gerät vor knapp drei Jahren gekauft, in der Erwartung, ein hochwertiges und langlebiges Premiumprodukt zu bekommen – so wie ich es von meinen anderen Bosch-Geräten kenne. Leider wurde ich diesmal komplett enttäuscht:
• Das Gerät ist riesig, laut und dabei erstaunlich leistungsschwach.
• Die Reinigung ist mühsam und viel komplizierter, als man es von einem Gerät in dieser Preisklasse erwarten würde.
• In den ganzen drei Jahren habe ich es nur zweimal genutzt – seitdem steht es ungenutzt im Abstellraum und verstaubt.
Am meisten enttäuscht mich aber der Kundenservice:
Trotz des hohen Preises zeigt Bosch keine Kulanz und bietet keine lösungsorientierte Unterstützung an.
Gerade weil ich bislang sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Bosch gemacht habe, finde ich das besonders ernüchternd.
Tondeuse inutilisable au bout de 2 ans
Je me permets de vous écrire concernant un problème rencontré avec ma tondeuse électrique de la marque Bosch, que j’ai achetée il y a 2,5 ans. Ayant opté pour un produit de fabrication européenne d’une marque reconnue pour sa qualité, je m’attendais à une durabilité et une fiabilité supérieures. De plus, j’ai toujours pris soin de mes outils, en suivant scrupuleusement les recommandations d’entretien.
Cependant, malgré cet entretien rigoureux, ma tondeuse est récemment tombée en panne. Le moteur chauffe de manière excessive, ce qui entraîne l'arrêt de l'appareil et, dans certains cas, émet de la fumée. Cette situation est d’autant plus décevante que l’appareil n’a pas atteint une durée d’utilisation que je considère raisonnable pour un produit de cette gamme.
En recherchant sur Internet, j’ai constaté que d’autres utilisateurs ont rencontré des problèmes similaires, ce qui laisse penser à un vice caché. Je suis donc en droit d’attendre une solution de votre part pour remédier à ce problème . Et pour finir refus de la société Bosch de prendre en compte la réclamation .

Wenn der Akku nicht mehr so gut funktioniert, ist es zum Einen extrem schwierig ihn auszutauschen.
Versucht man dann einen neuen Akku zu bekommen, ist das auch schwierig und der kostet dann mehr als der Staubsauger. Also ein Beispiel für benutzen und dann wegwerfen. Absolut ärgerlich und nicht zeitgemäss.

Service Order Number 270434772. Bosch’s aftersales service support warranty claim is VERY SUPER BAD. Never will we get Bosch brand again and anymore. We purchased the Bosch washing machine just one year plus. Bosch washing machine service repair Leadtime took about close to 1 month and right after repair, tripped my house electricity. Followed by the washing machine totally not working anymore. Bosch service repair technician is not experienced at all as seen. When I called in for servicing repair again, need to wait again. It is frustrated to have a big brand to have a weak service team like this.
