Produkt wurde 2023 aufgekündigt. Juli 2025 wird das Portal zur Nutzung eingestellt, damit ist das Gerät nicht mehr brauchbar. Bei 170 EUR Anschaffung ist das nicht armortisiert. Eine Teilkompensation wird nicht angeboten. Als Monopol der Nutzung des Gerätes nicht gerade ein Aushängezeichen des Bosch Konzerns. Müssen wir uns nicht wundern, wenn die asiatische Konkurrenz gewinnt

stofzuigt goed, knop op stofzuigerstang om hem aan te zetten geweldig. Oprolmechanisme snoer is waardeloos, rukje aan snoer moet zo subtiel dat hij het vaak niet oppakt. stofzuigerstang los maken van de stofzuiger gaat heel moeizaam zeker als je kracht mist in je handen: waardeloos.

Last summer, I had a Bosch HVAC unit installed. It has worked great and is very quiet. Well, about a year had passed, and the thermostat, the BCC100, stopped working. I called Bosch, and they had a new thermostat out in less than a week. I was so happy to see that some larger companies are still offering excellent support.

Repair service is as bad as it gets
The products may be okay, but you`re in big trouble if you need service.
"Write an email and we`ll schedule your second appointment" - They never answer the email.
"Sure we`ll update the phone number" - They don`t update the phone number
"I`ll call you back today to confirm the third date for the appointment" - He does not call back to confirm.
In the end it takes weeks to repair a faulty control board. Do not buy Bosch in Singapore.

Vorsicht vor den Servicetechnikern der Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH! Die kommen vorbei stellen die Heizung ein und danach ist die Heizung dann kaputt. Auf den nächsten Termin soll man dann auch gleich mal ne Woche warten.
Beim Smart Home Totalversagen
Ich bin eigentlich ein Riesenfan der Marke Bosch. Doch nun ist der Punkt erreicht, an dem Bosch mich als Kunde verloren hat. Ich habe seit etwas über 2 Jahren das Bosch Smart Home System. Das ganze Haus lief zunächst sehr gut mit dem - wie ich finde - sehr treuen System. Bis zu dem Tag, an dem plötzlich die Lichtschalter nicht mehr funktionierten. Alles andere ging bzw. geht nach wie vor. Was war passiert? Nun ja, es gab ein Firmwareupdate des Controllers. Danach war's das mit dem Licht schalten.
Sämtliche Tipps der Bosch Community brachten keine Besserung. Mit wurde nahegelegt, den Controller zu tauschen. Meiner ist - wie sollte es auch anders sein - gerade ein paar Monate aus der Garantie.
Also traf meine Wahl auf den neuen Controller II - auch wenn ich mir bereits angelesen hatte das er NICHT alle bisherigen Teile des sauteuren Bosch Smart Home Systems mehr unterstützt.
Ich hatte aber gelesen, das es dafür Abhilfe geben würden in form eines Funksticks, der bald verfügbar sei.
Heute habe ich nun den wirklich beeindruckend gut versteckten Bestellvorgang gefunden.
Denn: Nicht jeder kann den kleinen Stick einfach so bestellen! Man muss schon den alten Controller besitzen und den Besitz über Eingabe der Gerätedaten nachweisen.
Dann, nach all dem bekommt man endlich den Preis genannt. Voilá das ist ja echt ein Schnäppchen nur 99€ für den Bugfix der macht, das mit dem neuen Controller der Gerätebestand weiter genutzt werden kann.
Was für ein episches Versagen. Klar, der einfachste Weg ist es immer Fehler auf den Kunden abzuwälzen.
So macht das keinen Spaß. Tschüss, Bosch.

Kulanter Kundendienst
Hatte eine Beschwerde und war unzufrieden, hab mich deshalb an der Kundendienst gewandt. Der hat mein Problem verstanden und obwohl wirklich keine Verpflichtung für Bosch bestand haben sie nach Rücksprache überaus kulant reagiert.
Sind wirklich am Kunden interessiert, Gartengeräte kauf ich da immer wieder.

I've owned a really good Bosch refrigerator, and I'm all-in on German engineering. Have several Braun appliances, and am a stockholder in Mercedes.
But it's not the same with Bosch anymore. I bought a "Professional" multitool, which has been okay for the time since I bought it (about a year), and I have this affinity for German engineering (even if it's made in China, Hungary, or Mexico, which all Bosch tools are today), so I was looking for Bosch when I decided to go shopping again.
The lured me into their "18V alliance" thing with a marketing campaign that if I bought an 18V tool, I'd get a free battery. I've spent about 12 hours assembling the perfect €2000+ manly man power tools basket only to have them tell me they're lying about the campaign.
Because trustpilot is actively trying to make themselves unusable (one star for these clowns as well), I cannot link to the Bosch PDF that contains the terms, but you can google for "20230420084221 site:archive.org bosch" - I hope - and get to the document they've written and are actively violating. Maybe try "tc_dataprotection_18v_dk_2023-final-160323.pdf" on archive.org if not.
Clearly states you get one battery for each eligible product you buy. But when you ask, no, you get one battery.
I will never buy Bosch again (and I think this is actually lucky for me), and I'll constantly tell people not to buy them.
Unprofessional, incompetent BOSCH supplying dangerous Gas equipment
We purchased a Bosch Gas Water Boiler from Leroy Merlin in Portugal. The Gas Boiler started to make load 'explosive' noises which is extremly dangerous. One technician came, he was not able to fix the problem, but also he was rude, arrogant and unprofessional.
We refused to have him in our house again which is our right. But Bosch Portugal said they only have ONE technican and we must use him!!!!!
Bosch Portugal have been completly unprofessinal and have not sovled this dangerous problem which has been going on for 6 months!!! And Bosch Germany have not responded to any for our emails.
I purchased Bosch becuase I thought they were the best, looks like they have become poor quality, low service, unprofessional company. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I don’t find professional advertising tools at a good price towards competitors, and after finding our that they come WITHOUT BATTERIES AND WITHOUT CHARGER !!😖
And also, looking to the advertisement of battery “Power for ALL 18V”Alliance and afterwards they tell you, for Green tools is one model but it’s a different business for Blue line where you have DIFFERENT BATTERIES AND DIFFERENT CHARGER, being both BOSCH and 18v.
Keep finger’s crossed that BOSCH doesn’t bring out a YELLOW LINE !!
