Honest review please stay clear of this retailer, bought an Xbox series X never arrived, they sent me an email after I chased my order to say they would process a refund, they never processed a refund which is a good job I payed through clear pay as I opened a dispute with them and they got me my refund

I was able to trade in my meta 2 for the meta 3 and paid the difference, this made it more affordable and the 3 was in great condition. They take in any old tech you have so worth checking with them, they were extremely helpful! Thank you

Amazing service

Amazing service, quality customer service. Brought my ps4 down to be cleaned, since then my playstation has run smoother and doesn't sound like a jet engine anymore !! Thank you BOSSU !!!

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! Sold me a faulty PS4 console, refused refund so I took it to a specialist and found out the item had no motherboard. £160 gone will be taking this further now.

Thank you for your review. We take all feedback seriously, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we’d like to clarify a few key points for the benefit of other customers.

You reported an issue with your console on August 8th, five days after purchasing from BOSSU on August 3rd, 2024. As a gesture of goodwill, we promptly offered a free return label on August 10th for a replacement, which you agreed to. To date, we have not received the returned item.

Regarding your claim that the PS4 console had "no motherboard," we want to assure all customers that this is simply not possible. Each console undergoes a rigorous refurbishment process, including both external and internal inspections, as well as functionality tests, before dispatch.

If you have further concerns, we're still happy to resolve this through the return process as initially offered.

Ordered a ps5 disc edition and used…

Ordered a ps5 disc edition and used amazon pay with next day delivery aswell and ordered this on the 30th of august so should’ve come on the 31st instead it hasn’t showed up yet thankfully i am getting a refund for next day delivery but that’s not ideal as i wanted it delivered ASAP and it says on the website “fast delivery” which clearly isn’t the case

I ordered a 256gb metaquest 2 headset…

I ordered a 256gb metaquest 2 headset for my sons birthday. A week after ordering I noticed that the royal mail tracking number hadn't changed status. I contacted bossu and they informed me that they didn't actually have it in stock so I was waiting on a delivery that would never of been delivered and I wouldn't of known about it either because they didn't contact me to say it was out of stock. They offered the 128gb on next day delivery (do it would come in time for my sons birthday) however it didn't...I'm still waiting for said headset to be delivered. If it doesn't come tomorrow I will be requesting a refund. Seems like a total scam website, wouldn't bother with them again.

The issue arose from an unexpected stock shortage of the 256GB Meta Quest 2 headset, which we informed you about and offered a quick alternative. We also upgraded the delivery to Tracked24 at no extra cost to ensure you received the 128GB version as quickly as possible.

While there were delays and challenges with the tracking updates, which were unfortunately beyond our control, the headset was delivered on Sunday as promised. We take pride in our long-standing reputation and always aim to fulfill our customers' orders with integrity and transparency.

Given that the item was delivered and our efforts to rectify the situation, we respectfully request that you consider revising or removing your feedback. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope this experience will not deter you from shopping with us again.

It was a gift for my sons birthday

It was a gift for my sons birthday, the support team were aware of this and went out their way to make sure it arrived on time. I'm sold on Bossu now and this is the first place I'll be going for any tech, really happy and most importantly so is my son.
