What a joke of a company

What a joke of a company ordered 2 weeks prior of when I needed something when the website stated will be delivered in 2/3 days 2 weeks down the line nothing tried to contact customer services twice and had no response also tried to use online chat they told me to email them which I said I had twice and they said that's all they could do. It is disgusting and unprofessional please be more accurate with delivery times after paying for faster delivery and not receiving it at all is a joke! I want to be refunded in full after this experience. Just awful.

Never use this company

We received a faulty PS5 and controller , which ruined our daughters birthday, been trying to contact them since for a full refund/return and their complaints policy with no reply.
I have asked for the grievance policy due to this and still no reply, unprofessional company do not use.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished Series X, but I'm so glad I did. The console arrived in immaculate condition and functions just like a brand-new one. The packaging was secure, and the delivery was timely. Their customer service is top-notch too. Will definitely shop here again for my gaming needs.
