However dig further into their website and you will see language that they expect you to provide "proof
of the product not working with test result required. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and will not be doing business with this company. Would not recommend.

This product ships from China . It took 3 weeks for it to ship. No clue how long it will take to get to the states and then how long it will take to get to me. I won’t order from Botanic Vault again.

It’s from China! It says it’s from the US, but you order and the tracking is from China. Don’t order from this company.
