Ordered a box for my friends 40th Birthday,Dpd have lost it but the support from bottle in a box is non existent and im not holding any hope of this getting sorted,probably £40 down the drain!

Was a gift I was sending to a friend in the UK for a birthday and had no problems ordering being that I was sending it to there and the billing address is was an US one. MAJOR PLUS!!!! Fast shipping and everything was carefully packaged!

Great Gift Delivery Later Than Advised.
Gift looks great but need to look at delivery communications as received an email from DHL advising that delivery would take place the next day but it didn't arrive for two days. Built up expectations and when asked DHL why got no answer.

Fantastic brandy in a box gift set. My friend said the presentation of the box, the red padding inside, and contents was excellent, and greatly received.
Delivery was on time too. Can’t wait to make another purchase.
