Was really very helpful and polite nothing was too much trouble.

Visited the store in Walsall, I don't really write reviews for store visits but on this occasion a felt I needed as our experience there was exceptional. Really good parking, convenient just off motorway. Well laid out and easy to browse and spend money! Something for everyone, staff are really nice and lots around to help, thank you to the lady in pavers who was great help to my mum, also big shout out to the young man in the bedding department, sorry we did'nt get your names. Cafe was great and well priced, cant wait to return, great shopping, Good job to all staff and thank you for making it such a great place.

I was so impressed with the excellent service from Newcastle Shiremoor branch of Boundary Outlet I was shopping for a three piece suit from the Skopes department. I was served by Michael, he was so efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, the suit that I chose didn’t have the waistcoat in the size that I needed, Michael went out of his way to source the the waistcoat from another branch of Boundry Outlet , he said that he was working at a different branch and would telephone me if he could get the size that I need. Within two days Tracy from the Skopes department rang me to say that the exact waistcoat that I wanted had been sourced and was waiting for me to collect.

Sadly ,they sold me a runner from pavers company and the soles broken down ,within few months time ,were used to drive car for long distances ,
i lost my original receipt but provided them photos of my bank statement and shoe box lot number too to confirm them the purchase.they are not going to refund or repair them .
these shoes have been so low quality .One should not be buying any shows from boundary outlet COLNE
