While you may feel that this is a US based company because of the address on the website, their orders are fulfilled internationally. I ordered a product that had a brand logo on it and when it arrived, it was cheaply made with no labels. I contacted them to initiate a return and was given the runaround and only offered a portion of the original price. They blame it on having to ship back internationally. I finally agreed after several back-and-forth emails and it took over a month for me to get my refund. If you order from this company, you will be waisting your time and money.

Horrible experience. Not possible to get a refund.

The website is selling cheap replicas. The shipment takes very long, and then they won't send the money back.

They sell fake designer brand clothing from China and not what they advertise on their website. Don’t waste your money!!!!!

Charged me for my order and I never received it! Emailed them and they said that it got returned and destroyed! Why would they destroy their own merchandise? Offered me a % off on a future purchase. Never received a refund or product. THEIVES!

Took over a month to receive shipment. Advertised 5-14 days after order received. Fake Ralph Lauren items with no Ralph Lauren tags. Advertised as corduroy, but they are polyester. Do not buy from this site. Do not believe anything that is advertised on this site.

THIS COMPANY POST FALSE INFORMATION ON SHIPPING .. THEY STATE AND I QUOTE, AWAITING SHIPMENT AT U.S.P.S. WHEN IT IS D.H.L. THAT IS BEING USED. ACCORDING TO TRACKING IT MOVES WITHIN 1 BUILDING FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK OR MORE. I ORDERED ON THE 16TH OF SEPT, THE ITEM IS STILL THERE AS OF SEPT 30TH . MIGHT GET BY THANKSGIVING.

Saw some " beautiful looking Ralph Lauren " shirts from on the Bourne & Mason website, and decided to buy 5 shirts.

The payment bounced back as my bank flagged up this site warning me about these purchases. I googled the site and found that loads of people have less than good shopping experience with these lot.

I decided to delete my profile from their website, but it , no way to do so.

I have been receiving unsolicited emails daily telling me to "complete my purchase" in my basket from different email addresses for the same clothing I initially wanted to purchase from Bourbe & Mason.

I write to Bourne & Mason but said they "Don't do things like this" which has become a formal of aggressive sales bullying.

How did Socorro Cantrell, Dupont Lyon, Bigsale,Halara lay their phalanges on my details? Bourne & Mason should be avoided unless you have money to burn

Scammers they sell fake items pretending to be real Ralph Lauren! Do NOT buy from them they steal your money and refuse to refund you! PayPal doesn’t help you with them being scammers either! So do NOT buy from this Chinese company pretending to be from USA!

Stay away. Ad with ralph lauren pyjama. 100% counterfeit polyester. English name but Chinese sweatshop. Fraud!

This place sells items that are horribly manufactured. The items I ordered looked almost nothing like what was presented on the website. The logos on the items that I bought were substantially bigger than what was posted on the website. I contacted customer support to get a refund on the items and to see how I can send them back. They did not want to refund me my money at all. Their solution was to offer me a gift to spend only with them on their website. The return policy does not state that they will not refund an item for a customer not liking the quality of the garments. Upon sending multiple emails, they came to the conclusion that they would refund me 74% of my total amount that I paid. They also told me to keep the items that they sent to me and told me to re-gift them to someone if I did not like them or simply discard them myself. I have requested multiple times to speak with somebody at a customer service or corporate office level. They refuse to supply me with a number to corporate office or customer service. This entire process was distasteful and a horrible customer experience. I will never buy again, nor will I ever recommend them. I will urge anyone thinking of supporting this company to shop elsewhere.

Do not buy! They sell fake, bad quality knock offs of brand names. Advertising on Instagram and other social media platforms, they claimed that the merchandise I ordered is Ralph Lauren. When it was delivered nearly 3 weeks after my order date (from China), it was clear that I had fallen for a knock-off. The material feels like a burlap sack and the "Polo" logos are comically oversized, making the garment not only feel cheap, but look like it was purchased for $3 out of the back of someone's truck. Kicking myself for falling for it...
