I had problems with my order. 1 of 4 rugs had flaws, plus the order was a little late being delivered to the wrong house, the package was damaged in transit, and therefore, the rug got soaked from sitting out in the rain. I cringed at the thought of having to fight to get the issues rectified, but to my relief, my customer service experience was fantastic! They shipped out a replacement quickly, and allowed me to donate the damaged rug. The representatives who worked with me were prompt, professional, answered every question, and provided helpful suggestions. Their follow-up in tracking the last delivery and to insure my satisfaction exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to do business with them again or to recommend BoutiqueRugs to others.

Didn’t really meet my expectations

I was unsure of the exact color because you sometimes can't tell on line. To be safe, I ordered just a runner so I could test the color before I hired movers to move my very heavy furniture to put down a 9x12 rug underneath my bed. I LOVED the color of the runner(Ivory) so I ordered the SAME rug only now in the 9x12. I didn't think to check the color when the rug arrived because again, it was the SAME rug as the runner. The movers came and moved all of my things,rolled out the rug and to my surprise IT WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERANT COLOR(Champagne)!!Not even close to the runner!! This company has not even reached out to me to try to make things right. I've learned my lesson and I will never recommend this company!! Goodbye $600.00 plus moving expenses! Ps. I replaced it with a beautiful IVORY rug from Pottery Barn. Wish I would have started there first!
