BEWARE.....BoxNCase - FALSE Advertising & STEALS Your Money
BEWARE.....They advertise items that they DO NOT have on hand and give you no indication that the item is NOT in stock. After several weeks, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. BoxNCase sent me an email 2 months ago that they cancelled the order and were issuing a credit. As of today, 2 months later, I DO NOT have a credit from BoxNCase as stated in the email from them.
I have called BoxNCase customer service and left 2 messages regardign the order/refund. NO ONE HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL.
I have sent several emails and PAT in customer service states that my bank owes me the money/refund. I have asked for proof that BoxNCase issued a refund to my bank and PAT has yet to respond.
Now, BoxNCase is TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE and they have $300 of my money.
BEWARE.....THEY STEAL FROM YOU and PAT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY RUDE - SHE SHOULD BE WORKING IN A BACKROOM SOMEWHERE - NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ORDERED SWEETEST BATCH STRAWBERRIES, THEY SENT ME REGULAR STRAWBERRIES THAT YOU CAN FIND AT ANY GROCERY STORE. LIED ON MY REVIEW THAT I ATE THEM AND SAID THEY WEREN'T SWEET ENOUGH. Disgraceful and disgustingly rude customer service. Ordered product. Sent a follow up email several weeks later to be told it's on back order with no eta. Sent a further email 2 weeks later to be told
if you choose to wait i want to respectfully ask you to not send a message daily for updates as these kinds of orders can take weeks to fulfill, meaning we will have a high amount of messages coming from you which we cant answer due to the status not changing!
Spend your money elsewhere. Rude, Rude, Rude!

So far the product is unavailable
So far the product, Aubrey Organics which was listed in the catalog has not been filled by BoxnCase. Pat says, "will know soon". As Aubrey has been impossible to get, I was excited to find it possibly available. The excuse is that the manufacturer is unresponsive. Well, that should be obvious. Waiting for refund if unavailable.

Very responsive, every step of the way
I placed my order on the 20th they told me a few days later that it was going to be a little bit delayed, asked me if I wanted to refund or I prefer to wait, I decided to wait. They sent me emails all along to notify me and it’s already been shipped FedEx, I find this to be a really great company and I will order other things from them. Thank you.
No Product; Refund Request Ignored
I ordered a box of toothpaste on December 31, because BoxNCase was the only site that marked it in stock. Two weeks later, when I asked why the product had not shipped, I was told they were waiting for the supplier. Knowing the product is no longer being manufactured, I requested a refund. That was almost two weeks ago and I have received neither reply nor refund. It seems to me that this site is a scam, charging its customers for products long before they ship—and then never even shipping them.
EDIT: Yes, the refund was issued after I posted this. Two months later, I was charged again—even though the supplier had not ever stocked the product. Once again i had to ask for a refund.

Don’t do it they are awful!!
Order status
Ordered a product on 11/30/23 and as of 1/5/24 still have no received the item. I've emailed several times with no response and when you call, the phone is not answered nor can you leave a message. I waited on a chat line yesterday for 30 minutes and was disconnected. Was able to send an email and got an automated response they'd be in touch shortly; 24 hrs later no response. Better Business Bureau and the NYS AG is next step I guess.

I find ur response amusing. U reserve the right to take my money and not provide answers or customer service. It was immediately after I posted on Trustpilot did u advise me u did not have item in stock and was returning my money. I did send many unanswered emails. If u consider my actions r extortion shame on u. All I wanted was customer service!!!

I don’t understand how this company is in business. I’m convinced it’s not legitimate. I placed an order over three weeks and when I emailed for an update I got a vague response on ship and delivery dates. When I tried to call numerous times no one answers and there is no voicemail to leave a message. I finally threatened to contact the better business bureau and got a cancel confirmation that they didn’t have enough stock. Not sure why that wasn’t communicated sooner. Save yourself the frustration DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Order fulfilled
I made a purchase of salad dressing on November 10, four weeks ago. At first customer service assured me it was on its way so I patiently waited. Finally I checked with FedEx and found out the order was cancelled. Now I cannot get a response from anyone. Apparently something happened and I will never get a refund or another order sent. This was posted.
Right away I received a response to this complaint. I was promised a new order to be sent. It was fulfilled. Thank you very much. We are very happy.

Have been a repeat customer for almost 2 years. Good selection of hard to find products at very reasonable prices.
Read few other reviews here and would say this is definitely not a place for those who want quick drive through Meal Deal or Cheap Asian import as a prime delivery.
Company is unresponsive and I never received my order
I ordered some personal care items on November 11, 2023 (Order #6740). The money was debited from my account and to date I have not received my items. I’ve sent numerous emails (support@boxncase, orders@boxncase, and even I sent one to the sales@boxncase) thinking someone would respond, but I was wrong. I have not received a reply email from this company. No tracking number, no reply, nothing! Since the company is responding on this platform, either refund my money or send me the items! I will never use this company again.

Placed an online order 9/27. Have been told on several occassions that my order is shipping. This order is needed by 11/30. Money was taken out of my account. No updates on order, no shipping date or tracking number provided to this day. Multiple calls over days and times never answered and voice mail messages left never returned. Don't order from these people, they are scammers!
