I ordered Christmas cookies on…
I ordered Christmas cookies on September 9th. I wanted them early so I could bring them to relatives on Thanksgiving. After about 6 weeks I inquired on their status. I was told they would ship the 1st week in November. When they didn't arrive by the 15th I sent an email asking where they were. I did not receive a reply. I have not received a reply on 2 subsequent emails. I will never use thus company again.

You had placed an special order for a holiday item, informed in advance that it would be dispatched after Thanksgiving,
But we have now processed a full refund for your order.
Please note that our Christmas Cookies, like all holiday items, are produced and distributed in line with their respective holidays. For example, Easter items are shipped before Easter, not Valentine's Day.

Every must read my experience
Took longer to ship 6 bottles of authentic Italian imported Pasta Sauce. But when I got my package it took me for surprise that someone packaged each bottle by hand in bubble wraps and paid so much attention to detail in shipping my Order.
I guess in these modern machine times we have to start valuing human touch and personal service.

Took money, no product received!
Placed an online order. Money was taken out of my account. No updates on order, no shipping date or tracking number provided. Multiple calls over days and times never answered and voice mail messages left never returned. Don't order from these people, they are scammers!

I ordered imported Italian Cheese from boxncase.com but it took a week for delivery. Price is good and product was shipped fresh with Fedex but I only have one complain that it took so long to deliver. Although now that I know it takes longer to deliver I will reorder in advance.
