Unable to cancel or move to another date
I purchased a ticket to see a play at the Globe Theatre in London and unfortunately could not attend. BO would not allow the ticket to be refunded or moved to another date. A piece of advice, when you're booking with a theatre makes much more sense to book direct as they will be more flexible and lenient. I won't be using this intermediary in the future.

It seems there might be a mix-up regarding your review. We are BoxOffice.se, a Swedish website (https://www.boxoffice.se/), and we have not handled any bookings for the Globe Theatre. In the past, we have been confused with another company called Box Office UK.
Could you please verify the name of the company that charged you for the tickets? If you booked through us, the charge would appear as Connection Ticketing.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could check this information and, if applicable, remove the review. We have not processed any bookings or received any cancellation requests for the Globe Theatre.

Ekstraordinær god service, da vi en uge inden kampstart spurgte til en billet yderligere, hvis den kunne blive ved siden af de allerede købte billetter.
Og fik hurtigt svar, og det lykkedes dem, og vi fik billetten dagen efter.

Jag bokade en biljett till The Play That Goes Wrong (mycket rolig) i London den 1/10 2023. På onsdagen innan föreställningen fick jag ett mail med biljetten (i form av en QR-kod). Fungerade utan problem när jag kom till teatern. Priset för biljetten var också mycket bra (kanske till en del berodde på att pjäsen har gått länge). Men hur som helst är jag väldigt nöjd.

I had been looking for tickets for a Manchester City game and found some through BoxOffice.se for Manchester City v Leicester City last season. Everything worked perfectly! I received the tickets before the match, and the experience at the stadium was straightforward and easy! The view from the seats was great and the hospitality package was very good. I am just looking at best dates to travel to book again!

To clarify once more, we are BoxOffice.se, a Swedish ticketing platform managed by Connection Ticketing, specializing only in football tickets and London musicals and attractions. We do not offer any tickets for Paris events, including the Moulin Rouge. This information is also available on our website for verification: https://www.boxoffice.se/.
We also only have scandinavian telephone numbers-and we have no record of any prior interaction from yourself. So we believe it’s highly possible another ticketing agency with a similar name was involved. To help confirm this, please review the name on your booking receipt and the company that processed your payment. This could help clear up any misunderstandings, and we would be grateful if you could adjust or remove this review once you confirm the booking was not with us.

We do not sell the Moulin Rouge at all, and specialise in selling football tickets to a Swedish public. For now we only sell football tickets and musicals and attractions in London, no other destinations. So the Moulin Rouge in Paris is definitely not us!
Please check the name of the company that has charged you for the tickets as I believe you may be confusing us with a different ticketing agency.

Very helpful and professional assistance.
I had a voucher because of a cancelled football game due to Covid. When I would rebook to a new game I was given a lot of help from their support manager. Everything was very easy and their assistance was extraordinary. Can really recommend them.

Unbelievable and absurd
We had a horrible experience with boxoffice. A health problem occurred right before our booking to go and visit Windsor Castle and they couldn't do anything to change the date even if it was a health problem. Plus we went at the castle on time for the visit to ask someone in person what we could do and the queue was so long that they said even if we stayed we would have to wait at least an hour, but when I asked at the help centre they said they cannot change the date because it has passed the time of the visit!!
Unbelievable and absurd.

My family have Covid and have contacted Box Office within the time specified and they are not moving our tickets or providing other arrangements. Extremely poor customer service, will not be booking through this system again.

Interaction with Box Office if you have…
Interaction with Box Office if you have the need to cancel or change your booking is terrible. I have been chasing a refund since February. When I do receive a reply, emails are unclear and unhelpful. Would not book through Box Office again and would definitely not recommend.

Har väntat på återbetalning sedan april…
Har väntat på återbetalning sedan april 2020. Först så skyllde dem på att de inte fick återbetalning från deras leverantörer och sen hamnade de i rekonstruktion. I mars månad fick jag äntligen besked om återbetalning men nu den 25/5 2021 har fortfarande inga pengar återbetalts....ny skyller man gång på gång att återbelalningen fastnat i deras system.

Boxoffice skyller på att deras moderbolag ligger i rekonstruktion och därför kan de inte återbetala. Du kan få din återbetalning genom att göra en kortreklamation genom ditt betalkort. Om du inte vet hur man gör så kan du höra med din bank så hjälper de dig. Du får pengarna väldigt snabbt från kortföretaget.

Köpte biljetter för 11.000:- det jag fick var en ursäkt på mail.
Jag köpte 4 biljetter till Milan-Juventus för nästan 11.000:- Matchen skulle spelas på påskafton. Köpte eller bokade biljetterna vid årsskiftet. Pengarna drogs direkt och det enda jag fått fått från dem är en ursäkt på mail. De skyller på leverantören. Kan inte tänka mig att Box Office betalar leverantören innan de fått biljetter i sin tur. Dessutom finns det väl inga biljetter innan några veckor innan matchdag då den kan ändras p.g.a. cuper m.m. Går man in på deras hemsida kränger de biljetter precis som inget hänt. Blir evenemangen av funkar det nog men blir det något strul eller om man vill ändra på något hur blir det då? Tänk på det när ni bokar. Aldrig något mer från Resia om de finns kvar framöver.
