Brilliant experience! the booking process was straight forward and the e tickets were sent to me at the time promised by box office events. Amazing customer service. Emails are replied to very fast, to any questions you may have etc. This was a surprise present for my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed the game, a brilliant atmosphere and was a bonus that Tottenham won the match!!!

10/10 experience! I purchased a VIP package to CP vs Arsenal (first game of the premier league) and the match was electric. The atmosphere of the stadium was unparalleled.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Madassar, who gave me my wrist band walked me to the VIP lounge, and was greeted with champagne and appetizers. Madassar gave me a quick tour of the surrounding area, what is included in the package and how to get to my seats from the lounge with ease. At half time I was given a drink and food voucher for a delicious pie and a beer, then made my way back out to the match to catch the second half. Unfortunately, CP lost, but the passion you could feel from the fans was truly great and you could tell they’ll be hungry and longing for the rematch later this season at the Emirates. Once the match finished, I made my way back to the VIP lounge to let the crowd die down a bit outside and chat up with some of the friendly folk that also had the same package. I was greeted with an AMAZING surprise, and was granted access to walk along pitch-side and got close up looks at Mikel Arteta, Jamie Carragher, and Gary Neville. WOW, was I shocked. This was a perfect way to end the evening.

All in all, Madassar and the Box Office Events team did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. I will 100% be booking with them in the future. Thank you again for a wonderful night!
