Worst company ever! Bought two tickets for a match that was postponed twice. When i was buying the tickets on their website it clearly said that that in this situation they will give full refund. After the whole situation with coronavirus they change the terms and conditions not allowing you to do refund (unless cancelled) and if so they charge you £30 anyway. Its impossible to speak with anyone either. They just dont pick up the phone.
Sad that they using this bad world situation to get money. Next time will buy from somewhere else.

Amazing, 100% reliable

Was a bit hesitant to begin with due to the cost of the tickets but was reassured by Arsenal FC that this company is a legitimate reseller which you can also check via their website just not the easiest to find. Getting into the club level was welcoming and fast, the seats were decent enough although would have like to been able to select when buying. Free btl of beer and a soft drink at half time was on offer. Still expensive for what you get and disappointed to see the price drop by 50% in the lead up to the match not to mention kids are the same price as adults. A very expensive day out when you add flights and hotel to the price to see your club play. Would use again but only as a last resort due to price.

Words are inadequate to convey how fantastic our experience has been from start to finish: BOE is trustworthy, responsive, accommodating, competitively priced and truly committed to providing fans with the best and easiest game-day out there. And our transaction for the Derby was done from the U.S., which makes it that much more impressive to me. Phenomenal customer service is a rarity these days, so I think it's important to celebrate it when you see it. BOE comes with the highest recommendation and appreciation from this Manchester fan (in a house divided, so 1/2 of our family will be fine with the outcome Sunday!).

I was a little bit apprehensive when buying tickets, but I genuinely had nothing to worry about. Tickets arrived about a week in advance which we printed and used for the stadium tour and museum the day before the match. Match day was easy; guided though the correct club level entrance by the stewards and once you're inside you get a match day programme. Drinks and food available in club level, the only thing I would mention is that everyone on club level gets a free drink at half time so its one big rush to get to the back bar for this. One thing I didn't realise was that prices of tickets change, so I ended up paying £100 more a few months back than what they were recently. Still, great day and Arsenal won so even better :)

I thought the deal was great the football match and the museum I wish I could of used the stadium tour it wasn't on because their was a under 21 game and couldn't used the ticket because I was from plymouth I was going home that day
