I made a custom order and it was delivered within 10 days. The quality is top of the line and much better than other boxes I have purchased. It was really straightforward to put together and made in a way the the front panel can be attached last which is great if it's displayed up high and you want to add things after it has been placed.

Wir haben mittlerweile mehrmals bei Boxxco bestellt und es hat alles immer sehr gut geklappt. Von der Bearbeitung der Bestellung bis hin zur Lieferung. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

The display cabinet was custom made exactly to my measurements with quality material and fittings. It was delivered within 2 weeks as notified. This is a large cabinet for a 1:200 model ship and I am very pleased with it.

Won't respond when anything is wrong. Order was delayed a month after they didn't put a proper address on the label. Wouldn't call DHL themselves to see what was wrong instead replied with maybe it will arrive soon. Finally received the case for Lego UCS Falcon which is missing the entire stand and customer service won't even respond to multiple requests. Case for UCS AT-AT also has missing pieces and came damaged. No response from customer service. Stay away from ordering from them. Having to file a dispute with credit card since can't get them to respond to send missing pieces.

Not really impressed brought a case for my friends centre perk Lego the acrylic is cloudy so can’t see though it really and the fixtures and instructions was rubbish. £37 probs cost them
Less than £5 to make won’t be buying again

Poor quality builds (McLaren box is flexing and not aligned properly), hugely delayed in delivery times (said 1-2 weeks max, actually turned out to be 4 weeks), no instructions included, easily damaged pieces, poor design philosophy using screws and metal blocks and gaps all over the box lets dust in which was the main reason for purchase in the first place and although communication was pretty quick, it was rather poor. Things like "the website says 2-3 weeks" when the email after I paid said 1-2 weeks and "you should know we are moving premises" - not sure how I am supposed to know that or what difference it makes as a customer. I also contacted them for instructions but none were provided since the customer services agent told me "I have a new PC and they aren't on this one"... Wouldn't recommend.

Habe bei dem Unternehmen Büchertransportkartons auf Rechnung bestellt.
Der Auftrag wurde von boxxco einfach auf den Status Rechnung bezahlt gesetzt und die Bestellung ansonsten nicht weiter bearbeitet.
Bis auf die Auftragseingangsbestätigung ist bei mir auch nach 6 Wochen immer noch nichts eingegangen.
